It’s good to be home but international travel has set me back on my push-up targets ๐Ÿ˜ณ today I’m completing 256 to catch up.  It’s a combination of Friday’s target of 166, representing up to 16.6% of Australian mothers who will experience post-natal depression. That’s one in six.  And today’s target is 90 push-ups. Day 12 - The Push Up Challenge. Here’s a couple of clips of some our efforts today. Natalie Chaillet and Tim Groves started the day with some standard push ups to get our numbers started ๐Ÿ”ข๐Ÿ”ข, Leka Xtra Hiit is doing what I have decided to call rolling barbell push ups ๐Ÿ˜ฒ๐Ÿคช, Jamie Martin was supposed to be doing his paperwork, but decided to take a break and add to our target๐Ÿ“ƒ๐Ÿ“‹, Danielle Ford did some single leg push ups for us ๐Ÿฆต๐Ÿฆต, and Scott Beamish cracked a few decline push ups on his way out tonight ๐Ÿฝ๐ŸŒš. We nailed our target of 166 push ups today, and as usual, along with the help of the other team members Craig Frentz, Aisa Rodgers, Sam Whakatope and Charlie Frentz, we all smashed out a few xtra and we reached a combined total of 309 ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ‘Š. We still have heaps of crazy types of push ups up our sleeve which we will record and post for you. If you can think of anything crazy or even stupid, and it requires doing a push up, you let us know, we may give it a crack!!
