Has “trying” got you down? - Trying to do anything is actually just an excuse to NOT succeed. - It gives you that trap door to not actually make it happen. - I used to be so afraid of failure and felt so ashamed when I failed. It was only after my entire life fell apart and I was a failure in every area of my life that I made the CHOICE to reframe. - These “failures” were actually just feedback filled with learnings. - Remove try from your language. - Instead I invite you to get after your dreams with absolute conviction and believe in yourself even when you think it’s impossible. - Fail with pride. Because you took action and are now MORE of you. - Take the lesson and move forward. - Are you over “trying” to figure out your brand? Take the soul brand quiz now at my bio link.

➡️ 11 Keys To Impacting People Globally & Achieving Your Big Vision (#7 is not rational...but works) 1. Every message you send to your audience should be deeply rooted in your culture. This, you must be clear what your vision is, who your tribe is, and what is your unwavering philosophy of success. 2. Yes, it’s easier to make a global impact online as you can reach more people. But the “old-school” method of deeply caring about people always works best. 3. Like John Wooden did with his athletes, your attention should not be on the goal, but on the process. Let the vision inspire the action, but focus your fulfillment on doing your best with what you can control 4. Value comes in many forms, but is best understood through story-form. Tie your lessons with metaphors and stories, and watch how much more impact you have. 5. You must be able to balance working alone and with others. Yes, you need a team, but you can’t rely on the team to steer the ship. You, as the leader, must set the course and establish the standards. 6. People...people...people. I have sadly seen so many great leaders falter because they wanted to automate their business and forgot who matters. It’s not you the leader, it’s the people who have looked up to you for guidance, inspiration & support. When you scale, make sure you protect your ability to help people. 7. Money is #4 in terms of resources you possess. Yet, many leaders measure their success in how much money they earn. Your self-worth is the continued personal and professional growth you make for yourself. Measure that and you’ll see so much more wealth than you ever did by watching your bank account. 8. Whether you are an introvert, extrovert, smart, funny, inspiring, quiet, reserved (I could keep going), people today want to not just buy a product or service, they want to follow a leader. No matter where your business is today, put a leader out in front that fires up clients to work with you and employees to be

My seven-year-old daughter loves to read so I got her a book on a 3rd-grade reading level from the library to challenge her. She loved the fact that it was a "chapter book." 😄 So then she asked for a bookmarker. Of course, I had to make some that were personalized and looked like her. Adding these to my shop!
Once you start to know your astrological chart one of the things you can navigate are changes you're not prepared for. At the end of last month I traveled back to KC to visit my family. I dunno about you, but family means a lot to me. Growing up there weren't many traditions - but I valued the ones we had. And most of our traditions circled around food. As I was getting excited about our trip and a visit to my fav place, Jack Stacks - I was rocked to discover that we weren’t going there. We were going to try something new. WTF?!?! I admitted to my Fam that I WAS open to this new experience but I wasn’t going to deny I felt a little unstable. I know, it’s just a place to eat - but its about traditions people! I took a breath and thought about what was in my astrology chart that I was meant to learn. It had nothing to do with my Saturn Return + everything to do with Jupiter. Jupiter is about expansion and exploration. This planet was moving across my 4th house of Family and literally creating a little turmoil with Neptune in that house. Neptune has to do with dreams or ideals + clearly when it comes to traditions, I have defined ideals. As Jupiter was transiting it was telling Neptune to be quiet because this fiery planet was taking over this family matter. Needless to say, our trip to Q39 wasn’t bad. It wasn’t my typical hearty KC BBQ I enjoyed but given my focus to lose weight - Q39 was pretty good. Good enough that I brought home a souvenir of their beef and chicken rubs to experiment on my own BBQing skills. When you realize that you can see things coming in your astrological chart, take a breath and realize things are happening for you and not TO you at times. #life#love#happy#family#liveauthentically#specialoccasion#theartofslowliving#home#livethelittlethings#liveauthentic#blogging#lifestyle#me#soulfulday#purposedriven#lightworker
