In bali I craved some amazing donuts🍩🍩 and found @doughdarlingsbali .  They were amazing and I may have indulged🍩🍩 in a couple.  I kept up some HIIT training and loads of walking along with a daily protein smoothie.  Life is about balance and enjoying😉😉 the process. All about moderation and having a more balanced approach to nutrition .🍎🍇🍔🍟🍕 Couple that with a few cleanse🌱🌱 days thru the month and we r back on track.  I also generally fast til 10-11am each day as I'm way hungrier during the end of the day and this allows me to keep my calories on track.✔✔ Find what works for you and stick to it.  I'm glad I found a system that is backed by science and allows me to still live.

Soft, sweet and incredible 🍽️😋delicious, something between ice 🍨 cream and kids yoghurt. 🔸2 teaspoons of gelatine 🔸0,5 l cold water 🔸200g cottage cheese 0.5% fat 🔸2 scoops of Titanium Whey Protein Add gelatine to water, and leave for 30min.  After that warm it a little bit (I did it in microwave) untill gelatine dissolves completely.  Mix gelatine water, protein, cottage cheese and whip it in blender.  After that put the mass into the form and leave in fridge for several hours. ‼️I don't advice people to take protein. And now attention turns to what you should eat in order to turn effort into muscle.⠀ .⠀ And that means you want your post workout nutrition to be tip top. After all, you don't want the graft to go to waste, right? So let's optimise your post workout nutrition.⠀ .⠀ Let's start with protein. Have some...⠀ .⠀ Oh, you wanted the longer answer...⠀ .⠀ Now, you'll need to be having multiple protein feedings throughout the day to maximise your ability to build muscle. But there's an apparent advantage to having some protein within 3 hours of working out.⠀ .⠀ As for carbs, you don't need them unless you feel like you want them. Your call.⠀ .⠀ Fat. It's your call. For the most part it's gonna have very little impact. A more calorie dense meal slows gastric emptying. But does that matter? Not really for 99.9999999% of people reading this.⠀ .⠀ As for supps, 5g of creatine post workout would be optimal.
