I’m pretty uncomfortable in my own skin at moment as I patiently wait for digestive issues to calm down. No one enjoys feeling six months pregnant - but instead of focusing on this (which will pass), I’m focusing on the little things I can do that can help. I started a new job this week and have got back into my early morning routine. And I’m focusing on what I’m putting into my body - foods I will still enjoy but that are gentle on my stomach. Yesterday I weighed out for the Body Transformation Challenge I’ve been participating in for the last 9 weeks. -8.6lbs -7.9% Body Fat -8.75 Inches It’s still hard to post progress pictures when you aren’t exactly where you want to be, but I am proud of the progress I’ve made! I think my biggest accomplishment is creating the discipline needed to get the results that I want, now the key is to work on the consistency! Because this BTC is over doesn’t mean I stop, I keep going and get ready to CRUSH the next one, and keep getting results for our Thins-giving challenge! Workouts at home make me so happy 🌞 If you know me well, you know I have a weird thing about the gym. I always loved the idea of going to the gym and being one of those fit people who make treadmills look like runways. But then I would walk through the doors and quickly realize that I look nothing like any of them, I have no idea how to use any of these dang machines, and I don't know what the heck I'm even doing here anyway. So I would jump on the treadmill and watch people around me to make sure no one has noticed I've been running for 5 minutes and I'm already exhausted, do some crappy sit ups, and drive back home to wallow in my dissapointment. What a freaking waste of time! * I have a feeling that I'm not the only one that feels this way, so I've taken taken the leap of faith and started coaching in hopes to help other people who have this anxiety too. If I can help at least 1 person get healthy and feel good about themselves without dealing with the awkwardness, I'll be a happy camper. * The holiday season is here, are you going to let another year past by without taking the next step to improve your health?
