The Nyaneka-Himbe people speak a Bantu language that is spoken by more that 30 000 people. And Each subgroup has its own social identity & cultural & linguistic characteristics. Their way of life combines cattle farming with agriculture generally destined for self-subsistence rather than commercialization. Their women are also famous for their mud necklaces, which are important as for each period of their life corresponds to a specific type of necklace. - When they are young, girls wear heavy red necklaces, made with beads covered with a mix of soil and latex. - Later girls start to wear a set of yellow necklaces called, Vikeka, made of wicker covered with earth. They keep it until their wedding, which can last 4 years. - Once married they start to wear a set of stacked up bead necklaces, called Vilanda. Women never take their necklace off and have to sleep with it. They also use headrests to protect their hairstyles. Their hairstyles worked according to age too. In adolescence (ovacaínto) they wear fine braids adorned with beads. When they reach puberty, in the group and festive environment (ohicô), with a paste made with rancid butter (ongundi) and powder of hematite (oncula), they are molded in the center of the head a crest-shaped elevation (oxyxquique ). About a year later, as confirmation of its maturity, the crest is festooned with yellow studs (erik). It follows - in a variable period of time - the substitution of the "eriquê" for another, of double salience, molded with the same paste, in the occipital horizontal, from ear to ear (ohundia). This hairstyle indicates that the girl (omuhicuena) is at the age of choosing, among countless boyfriends, her favorite. When it happens, the marriage is settled. . . .🎓@mister_imhotep🎓 .💫Rebranding Africa💫 . #blackconsciousness#blackexcellence#4biddenknowledge#blacklivesmatter#consciousness#dope#nyanekahimbe#blackwomen#kinkyhair#brazil#buyblack#naturalhaircommunity#westafrica#melanin

I just wanted to remind you all that the SUN is PRO BLACK. Let the power of RA Ntoro (Neteru) ignite your power. The sun is your Spiritual Science and Alchemy. Did you know that the SUN is responsible for manifesting your Arcana "Soul" into your physical bodies? The Sun is so powerful that it has the power to manifest physical beings from Netromota "Spiritual Matter" here in our world. Those beings have gone through many names such as Africans, Black People, Humans, Ancient Of Days, Elder Gods, Extra Terrestrial, etc Black People are the physical mainfestation of a walking Sun in biological form. So love yourselves. You've been kissed by the sun! And nature always has your back the moment you return to the planets power. Trust in nature. Trust in the carnia of your Ancestors. Remember Nyame Ntoro and the Orishas. They are you. Enjoy this Majestic reminder of your Father in Heaven. America has historically made being “Black” illegal. One of the most devastating things the nation has done was imprison the “Black” man for any reason it could. This includes sending men to prison for years for non-violent drug offenses (including selling marijuana). . What makes these occurrences even worse is that many of the “Black” men imprisoned were selling drugs to feed their family since many have become uneducated and directionless because of how terribly the nation disenfranchised them. . There is no excuse for sending people to prison for possession or even distribution of marijuana. Especially when Big Pharma and the government are actually the ones behind the destruction of lives and households due to the distribution of pharmaceutical drugs. Not these men. . The fact that the nation will soon federally legalize the same marijuana that many are in still in prisoned for (without releasing them) shows how nonsensical and unjust this American system is.
