GREEN VEGAN pancakes for breakfast 🙌🏼 🌱 🥞 with almond butter and coconut yogurt 🥥 . (The coconut yogurt is a tad weird I’ll be honest but probiotics 👌🏼 and I just wanted to try it!) The pancakes though are in point. They’re vegan because all our hens are turning out to be cockerels, seriously. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🐓So I’m feeding roosters organic soy free food, and putting flax eggs in our pancakes. Whatever 🙄 lol. They were basically 1 banana, 1-1.5 C nut milk, 3T ground flax, 1T cinnamon, 1 C spinach, 1 C oats, 2 tsp baking powder all blended up and left to stand for 5 minutes then cooked in my trusty @lodgecastiron flat skillet over a lower heat for longer as without eggs they need a tad bit more care! Also, inspo from @gkstories, the king of beautiful green pancakes. 🌱 🥞

You’ll need special oil, coulant and ⛽️ and in big amounts to sustain the requirements of your workouts and sport 🏈. Unfortunately in today’s world the foods we consume are lacking vitamins and nutrients because of our farming practices. We’ve depleted our soil of minerals and we’ve polluted our environment so less vitamins are available in 🌱 Another culprit is that everything is so fast paced. We take no time to grocery shop and prepare our food so we look for processed alternatives. I have to say that supplemented today have become a necessity. They are no longer optional or to supplement an already complete diet they are required to supplement a nutrient lacking diet. On another note, supplementing does not need to be complicated or fancy. This is why I suggested my top 5+2. The supplements I suggested can all be tested and measured. They are the foundation of the optimal functioning of your cells and body. Can you add to this list? For sure! But before you do make sure to master these 7. Initial step is to have a complete blood work done. This will help you determine what and at want quantities you should supplement with. Retest every 3-4 months until blood work is A1. If certain values persist then you might need extra help from a qualified person. But the foundation 5+2 will generate results! Is creatine, arginine, glutamine and the likes good?
