Choices They are a constant part of our existence We choose different avenues for our lives everyday. Physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Some so blasé we don’t even realise they were made. Then there are others that are so masterfully designed we go beyond what is needed to reach the final goal. Try not to get lost by these Take comfort in knowing we have a higher divine love taking care of us A love that transcends through any force So just let go, stop over thinking and manifest space to move Space to move mindfully To move freely And to move in a way that allows the current to guide you in the most natural flow possible If you reach some form of a block, just simply stop Look up and allow the stars to guide you back to your own unique path Allows these blocks to be used as reminders of all the personal growth you have made Be proud of all the choices you make Be inspired by your journey and by your growth And allow your essence to leave a unique glowing stardust path wherever you go. ✨ #trust#universe#love#energy#intention#mindfulness#breath#yogi#balance#manifest#gratitude#lunaalchemy#practice#yogaeverydamnday#women#meditate#wellness#meditation#londonyoga#reiki#healing#happy#london#strength#travel#goddess#1111#sunset#poetry#yoga
Repost from @cyogalife using @RepostRegramApp - Announcing next month’s challenge: #legsformiles!! This one focuses on the importance of the legs when it comes to just about any pose. For some reason, when the word ‘legs’ is mentioned, people immediately assume standing poses, squats or hamstring stretches, but there’s a LOT more to them than that! When we manage to engage them properly during inversions and arm balances for instance, those will be more effortless, as well as pressing into them. Backbends like Wheel, dropping into it or returning back up, is ALL about the legs. The more weight you keep on them, the easier to do those (granted some spinal bendiness is required). If you develop a combination of strength, flexibility and resilience in them, it’ll improve dramatically the rest of your #practice too. After all, their dimensions (length, weight, etc) compared to the rest of the body, are pretty significant so, whatever they do, chances are will affect everything else for better (i.e. they can help us catch our balance in Handstand in the last moment) or worse (in the same scenario, if we wave them around too much, it’s over). These 28 poses will try to extract as much ‘juice’ from them, as well as bring the awareness necessary to improve and sharpen our personal practices. Let’s untap their potential and #keeppracticing together!!! As usual: follow @cyogalife, repost this, comment, tag friends (easier to finish!), participate and post using #legsformiles. Besides my daily pose and explanation, fellow yogi helper Aislinn @yogawithaislinn will provide alternatives on how to approach each asana. Awesome gift boxes at the end for the winners!!! Get ready, we start March 1st! See you then...
