And once you have cultivated it over years, it begins to become something that you can be proud of, a relationship that you grow, and a journey that isn’t immediately visible to the naked eye, that you embark on with  the weights.โค๏ธ

This is one of my favorite quotes; I think it really applies to powerlifting and applies to life in general .. and whatever field you are in.  Whatever you are doing gets comfortable after a while and it’s then that you have to change and do something you don’t want to, or are afraid of, or something that feels uncomfortable but that forces you to grow.  I don’t want to be the strongest, or the smartest; I want to be one who at each key moment adapts to change ... and constantly works to become a better version of myself. I think that’s a worthy and meaningful goal to have.

Getting proper nutrition and the right micronutrients in is so vastly underrated. People could heal up a lot better and perform in the gym a ton better just by having more micronutrients and more of the right foods in their diet. ... are you including these foods in your diet?
