Some PR’s I hit this week, minus my bench, I was in the zone & forgot to record 💀 1️⃣: 315 for 1 on rack pulls  2️⃣: 225 for 6 on conventional deadlift.  3️⃣: 225 for 3 on squats ( squats were a little iffy, last 2 reps I would say I should’ve went a little lower but we working )  4️⃣ NOT SHOWN, bench for 95 lbs for 3 bench is definitely not where I want it to be , but I also neglected it when I first started training heavy for squats and deadlifts, so that’s my fault 😂💀. Right now still sitting at body weight: 132 not moving much, but definitely feeling a lot better and lighter on my toes. 325 for a singley wingley. I’ve hit this weigh 1000 times before easy, but today it was different. As you all know, this prep can kiss my buttcheeks. Two weeks ago I attempted 320 and passed out due to not being used to the weight or overloading myself with anything heavy. The fact that this 325 flew up has me THRILLED. I did 335 after this and it went up smooth too.  No video but I messed around with knee wraps today as well and they felt good.  I have ONE MONTH to get where I need to be. I will get there.

Sumo deadlifts are starting to get a little better and slowly catching up to my conventional right now my sumo is sitting at 220kgs (new pr) while my conventional is at 240kgs. . . . . . A lot of work left to do with both lifts, I need to get better at driving my hips forward on both lifts. Given that I’ve only lifted sumo about 10 days I’m off to a good start, but I need to focus on my foot and hand placement. The face you make after a hard leg session and get stuck sat down because you can barely move your legs 😂😂 10 sets of squats up to 160kg, felt heavy for some reason so went for 3 sets of 3 reps, 130kg for 12 and had to stop as I was breathing out my arse, too much like cardio for my liking 😂  Then 70kg front squats to hit my core and quads. 90kg straight leg deadlifts with pauses to strengthen core, lower back and hamstrings for 6 sets. Then to finish off i did 5 sets 10 reps of 200kg leg press. And because that wasnt punishment enough i finished it with a 6th set drop set from 200kg to 50kg, dropping in 50kg increments. Blasted calves off with 1 legged calf raises super setted with 2 legged calf raises for 4 sets. I was a HighBar Papi today🥺! For squats we had 320x4 and then we ended up hitting some tempo work (250x2) for bench! Ребята-девчата, делюсь знаниями. Я уже говорил вскользь о мышечной чувствительности и о том, что у меня иногда она минимальная и это не очень хорошо, т.к. сложно трезво оценить качество собственной работы. Спасает предварительное утомление в изолирующих тренажерах перед тяжелыми базовыми движениями- это факт. Но! Обнаружил путь номер 2: амплитуда. Если сделать ее короче, чувства очень схожие с пампом. Почувствуешь не то, что каждое волокно в мышце, а каждый волос на жопе.  Конкретно в приседе ситуация такова: садимся по-человечески, глубоко, на сколько комфортно, а встаем плюс-минус в 45 градусов. Уже второй раз делаю день ног подобным образом. Отклик отличный, без всякой дрочки вначале.  Надеюсь, кому-то помог. Heavy ass training today!  190kg squat for a double, my 1rm for 2 🎉 A bit more vocal than i though at the moment. Boy do i sound weird when i squat heavy 😂  125kg bench for a double, also a pr. Sadly my butt had no intention on staying on the damn bench 🙄  And a double with 215kg on the deadlift. Felt really easy but didnt want to push my hamstring to much.
