Still a looooot of work to do to fix my squat. That’s why in wash out block there’s only tempo squat—for self check. I find I squat differently in every training session. When I focus on fixing this point, next time I would lose the other point.😂🤦♀️ ———————————————————————————vid1 and vid2: (Nov. 12) A bit of lower back pain(may not be because of forms but just fatigue). vid 3 and vid4: (Nov. 15) Lower back pain free but elbow and delt uncomfortable.(upper body position was too upright but bar was in a low bar position which put much pressure to my elbows and delt ) Will keep on checking till I finally find the most comfortable one for me.
