BANANAS. FOSTER. OATMEAL. ✔️ Yes, it’s delicious. ✔️Yes, it’s made with clean ingredients. ✔️Yes, it’s easy! This is my #postworkout breakfast this AM after an intense cardio sesh. Adding 2 scoops of collagen adds 20g protein, gut-healing ingredients & helps my hair and nails grow. 💅🏻 I have found that when I eat my carbs in the first half of the day and eat lean proteins, greens, and healthy fats after 3pm, my gut is a lot happier, I’m never bloated & I have much more energy in the morning. Every body is unique, but if you find that you are waking up bloated, try this method & see how it works for you! Now about these oats... . . -1/2 cup uncooked oats (I like @bobsredmill organic quick oats) -2 scoops unflavored collagen (I like @vitalproteins) -1 medium sized banana, sliced up -1 T ghee -1 T PURE maple syrup (not that Aunt Jemima BS, the REAL stuff!) -1 tsp cinnamon -pinch of sea salt -handful of pecans . . Cook the oats according to package instructions. While the oats cook, heat a medium-sized pan on low and add the ghee. Once the ghee is melted, immediately add the cinnamon, salt, and maple syrup. Stir well and add the pecans. Add the sliced banana, then stir well until bananas are coated in the “syrup” mixture and slightly browned. Stir the collagen into the oats and then top with the bananas foster mixture. Enjoy slowly 🥣. #holisticinhouston
