Here there are some habits to to improve your health and put 100% of your effort, mind and strength to reach your goal. (hope it helps) ✳Put your energy in the morning to wake up and leave the laziness behind. ✳Set yourself reachable goals,once you reach them, set the next one. ✳Set a long term goal and that!!! would keep u motivated. ✳Organize your day so that you could at least get 1 hour to do exercise at the gym, at home, in the street, backyard etc. Something is better than nothing. ✳Include routines or circuits of heavy/medium or light, resistance,strength to stimulate the muscle mass. ✳Always finish your training with some cardio,slow or fast and you could also include short circuits of cone or ladder drills. ✳Training could be 3 to 5 times a week,it all depends in your capacity and time. ✳Focus and out all your energy, mind and thoughts in your goals that goes at the gym as well, concentrate and remember your are this for you, not anybody else. #cronosfitnessx#miami#positiveattitude#goodvibes#reachyourgoals#fitnessandhealth#ironmaiden#uptheirons
