Cuando me estaba certificando en India en el 2016 soñaba con hacer #pinchamayurasana lo veía imposible no entendía cómo se podían sostener, era mi inspiración total. . Ahora para mi es un movimiento tan natural que hasta puedo descansar sobre ella, la clave es practicar, practicar y practicar, tener paciencia e ir disfrutando del camino, siempre habrá evolución del cuerpo y por consecuente de la mente, el nivel de concentración que lleva estar en las posturas es increíble todo se va solo estás en este momento presente conectado a tu respiración. 🤩✨ . #pincha#hollowback#tip ——————————————————————————— I had an #ahamoment working on hollowback worth sharing I think. I loose balance when I start moving my head through my arms & had reached my max with my gaze between my elbows (vid2). At one point you have to align the neck with the rest of the spine. I grabbed a block & placed it between my palms, not palms flat on the floor as you would to keep hand alignment but squeezing the block with fingers over the top. Once upside down my hands just squeezed the block intensely & this shifted the pose out of my deltoids & into my Lats where it’s supposed to be. I gained tons more stability and was able to comfortably move my head down through my arms. ——————————————————————————— As always, once the pose foundation is solid, it feels effortless and allows freedom of movement within the pose. ——————————————————————————— #learning is #growing ———————————————————————————

Sometimes when we ask ourselves if we have done enough, if we are doing things right or if we are on the right path at all, it’s good to look back and see how far we have already come. Maybe today wasn’t so much different than yesterday, but when we look at the big picture there are always much more changes than we might have expected there to be. Yay for #fridaypinchaparty . . I've been addicted to Pincha the last week or so, practising it daily and it's really paying off! . My favourite bow and arrow shape gives me the most stability, and I am regularly managing around 25 seconds or more!! Though the second I try to straighten my legs it all goes wrong haha. . So today I also tried a split legs balance and even managed to not touch the wall (at first)! It's very exciting for me!
Couple things: . . 1 - The honking is SO LOUD. I’m sorry😂. The kids were playing in the van in the garage with all the doors open 🤷🏼♀️. . . 2 - This is why yogis typically wear tight clothing. . . #forearmfriday
The first time I came into contact with the world of yoga was in 2012, when, along with the hip hop course, I decided to do something more relaxing. I stayed in that class for a couple of years, but they always made me do the same things, so I didn't really get passionate about it. After a break, I decided to start my own yoga practice at home, in my own time. I started again at 28, in 2017. I started with hatha yoga, like my class, then starting with something that was already familiar to me, then moving on to ashtanga. This time I became passionate. My body and my mind have changed and, although my class has not made me passionate, it has managed to make me come into contact with this wonderful practice. Now I can no longer do without it and I realized how much the yoga community is really very united and cooperative. Thanks to all the friends I met and to all those that I will know in the future 🙏🏻❤️ . . Supporting to bring yoga to schools, so more people can get in touch with yoga in younger ages. . . Hope you can see the unperfect skin... (already almost recovered..) 🙌🏻 well, that’s just a result of non-correct facecare + stress... 😊 . Even though you were always used to have the most glowly skin and now you don’t... don’t get upset, there is a way how to fix it💪🏻 . I am also working on it🙌🏻💕 . Mistakes: -too much “food” for you skin (creams, oils).. they are great! But.... (read below) -lack of cleaning/bad choice of cleaning products -STRESS!!! . So:) what I do for my skin now: 1. I use a face brush to gently clean the skin with a cleaning powder (it can be also gel...), because your voids have to be “clean/empty” before they absorb the FOOD😊🙌🏻 2. Then I balance the PH of my skin with face tonic 3. I put little bit lf UV protecting cream + always clean your face with water +don’t touch your skin with dirty hands .
