◽️Rumpftraining (Anfänger)  Der Plank, auch Unterarmstütz genannt, bildet die Basis aller statischen Bauchübungen und sollte deshalb als erste Rumpfübung von jedem Anfänger beherrscht werden. Hierbei ist die Schwierigkeit die Vorwärtsrotation des Beckens, um so eine Hyperlordose in der Lendenwirbelsäule zu vermeiden. Der Trainer oder Trainingspartner kann nun mit kleinen Pressbewegungen auf die LWS die Übung erschweren. I may look like I’ve just witnessed a donkey show in Matamoros, but all I have actually done for the past 6 weeks is cut out the junk and mixed my carb to protein 1:4 on non workout days, 4:1 on time frames around my workouts then back to 1:4 for the rest of those days. These are extremely ROUGH numbers. Bank holiday tricep dropset. 🥚 The second part is harder thank you think as the long head of the triceps originates from the scapula hence responsibe for adduction of the upper arm and extension of the shoulder joint (that’s why your tricep gets pumped when you’re doing pull overs) that’s why it’s important to train your triceps with your upper arm in different positions. Breaking down the goal setting process 💪💪 1. set a goal (be realistic) it's about yourself!! 2. time frame ( how long is it gonna take) again BE REALISTIC!! 3. the plan, what do you need to do, how many sessions, how long each session... 4. Obstacles/challenges, injuries, work, family, nutrition (nutrition is a huuuge player in any fitness goal and I said nutrition not Diet)  5. The before and after session plan (huuuge player too) what to eat, how much should I eat, how much rest? (most people think the results come the gym ,I say it comes from off gym period, from what happens from one session to the next)  6. I sometimes ask my clients this at the start of our conversation " how did we get here?" "Why do you want to change ?" And I always get some quite interesting answers, bullying, self consiousness, self confidence, to impress someone... so I say it's important to know how we got here. Day 95 of 313 • Decent ab workout last night! Not usually a muscle group I train but I really want to work on strengthening my core to help with compound movements on other workout days! Also, the lack of a proper rest day last week has meant that I’ve really been running on fumes for the past couple of days! There’s some interesting new studies being released, and bodies of research are now suggesting there is more of an environmental component than meets the eye. ⠀ ⠀ A new study recently published in the American Journal of Psychiatry by Border et al, implies we should try view illnesses such as depression through the lenses of their symptoms - as it becomes a more valid, reliable form of diagnosis and countering it. ⠀ ⠀ What can we do if we take away the genetic component?
