Recognize that each cross section of civilized society has in it the seeds, good or otherwise, for all of civilization. There is no pathology to a profession, a religion, a geographical location, race, a particular height of people, or any other arbitrary thing people choose to comfortably identify others. Good and bad people come from every corner of the civilized world and from no one demographic. Individuals are saddled with personal accountability and responsibility of who they choose to be. The traditions they observe, the car they drive, the job they have does not prevent them from exercising the freedom to choose actions that serve their better values. Focus blame AND credit on the right things. The REALITY of who we are is more than a footnote.
