A few people have asked, and no, Matty's wings aren't clipped. He gets very little exercise aside from flying, so I decided it's worth the danger to let him fly. And you have to admit, it's beautiful!! 💛 Many people do decide to clip their wings so they don't get stuck anywhere dangerous in the house, or worse, get lost OUTSIDE the house. Unfortunately, in the wild, there aren't many convenient bowls of seed and pellets handy. I think either choice is a good one, I've just chosen to leave his wings unclipped because I've weighed the pros and cons for my bird personally and made my decision for him in particular. QOTD: To clip, or not to clip? What do you think some of the pros and cons are?
