Since I’ve been stuck inside the last two days, I’ve been trying to make my planner more efficient. I really love how the Panda Planner functions but I didn’t know what to do with these last pages in the back until I came across some bullet journal ideas on Pinterest. My bullet pages are very simple since I don’t have one artistic bone in my body but I hope they’ll add an extra boost to my productivity. These pages outline the cleaning tasks I do around the house. I don’t have specific days that I clean certain areas; I’ve tried that and it just doesn’t work for me. When I see something that needs to be done, I do my best to prioritize it during my day. Overall this helps keep the house cleaner, I feel I have less to do and I can usually get a task done quicker. But I do tend to forget a spot or two so I’m hoping that having it set up this way will remind me about the as needed items so I don’t forget to wipe off the top of the fridge every so often to keep it from getting gross. That has happened more times than I’d like to admit. And now I’m looking forward to giving the budget journal a little flair too! #organizedchaosinthepnw#pandaplanner#bulletjournalpages#simplebulletjournal#acleanhomeisahappyhome
7:44am—Never made it back to sleep. I shall operate maximally on five hours today! Coffee and planning to start the day. It’s odd to be up to work this early but Elijah is going to a networking breakfast. We’ve created our lives so that work doesn’t normally start until 11am and only a few days a week. That works for a couple of night owls. #lifecaptcha#beyourownboss#coffee#pandaplanner#enjoyeverymoment
“From the time the Joshua tree was a tiny sapling, it had been so beaten down by the whipping wind that, rather than trying to grow skyward, it had grown in the direction that the wind pushed it. It existed now in a permanent state of windblowness, leaning over so far that it seemed ready to topple, although, in fact, its roots held it firmly in place.” - Jeannette Walls, Glass Castle. 🌾 My tangled branches aren’t a distortion of some perfect image, but what makes me unique and resilient. I’m learning that I have the freedom and power to create the life I deserve!! After feeling unexpectedly and illogically down this week, I’m so grateful for all my friends that pushed me out of my comfort zones and got me out of the house, and also to my friends who understood why I cancelled plans and let me stay in PJs to binge watch Netflix with me. Today is Monday, my favorite day of the week! Planting my roots in a coffee shop with a pot of ginger tea for this new beginning! • • • • #theglasscastle#tea#tealeaves#whitewindmill#pandaplanner#depression#resilience
Around 5 months ago, I quickly learned the best way to control my anxiety is by journaling. I love my Panda Planner because it's enabled me to organize my life in a similar way my team plans and tracks progress at work. I'm agile at work AND home! Every Sunday, I reflect back on my wins, what I need to improve, and carry any unfinished tasks over to the next week (because let's face it, no one is perfect and sometimes other opportunities pop up throughout the week that make it worth putting off something that can wait!) I color code almost everything and cross-reference all my major reminders to my Google Calendar. I also use Trello to track my major 2019 goals that need lots of details, like planning our garden beds. I break down these goals and other small projects into my weekly page, then plan them into my daily tasks, that way I always feel like I'm moving the needle in the right direction while scheduling in ME time, all while never feeling overwhelmed. This Sunday ritual usually takes me 1-2 hours. It's worth it for my sanity. Sometimes it takes longer because MSTie makes a bed on my journal while I'm organizing my Google Calendar. 🙂 #worthit#journaling#pandaplanner#weeklyplanner#mentalhealth#catsonstuff#lifeasdaisy
It’s a Sunday thang 🥰 check it for yourself 👇🏻 Each week in my accountability group we take time to reflect on last week, map out the upcoming week and define our focus. Success doesn’t happen by chance or hope, it happens when you live with intention and action. But ya’ll know that already 😘 here are a few prompts we use: •What went well last week? •Where can you improve? •What habits are you focusing on developing? •What are your top 3 wellness goals this week? •Which days will you workout? •Are you meal planned/prepped? •What are you looking forward to this week? 💗 if you’re ready for a great week ahead! Happy Sunday 💪🏻 #fitishlife#pandaplanner#weeklygoals#planforsuccess#creatinghealthyhabits#makemarchyourmonth#weeklyreview#freedom
Spring has sprung and I’m beginning to feel the seeds of the deep inner work of winter germinating. . As I defrost in the warm sunshine, bathing in the melodic songs of birds, the feeling of hope fills me. Ideas and creations are coming to life before my eyes! I feel more ready than ever to express and become more myself. . This is a picture of my sunny spring morning routine, with my new favorite planning tool, Pander Planner @pandavist . One of the big missing pieces from much of my creative life is a structured scaffold for follow through on big ideas. I tend to get lost in chasing the next exciting idea or project, or feeling into a perspective that hasn’t yet condensed itself into tangible explanations. Although all I desire is complete freedom, I’ve found it useful to have limits and a container for my ideas. . My Panda Planner has helped me condense and stick with a smaller amount of things to focus on than I’m used to. It asks me to have only one habit I focus on each week, and three main tasks to accomplish each day. It also incorporates daily gratitude, celebrating my wins, and reflecting on how I can improve. . I recommend checking out their viral video explaining the planner, you can find a link in my bio! . Also if you’d like to get one yourself, go to the link in my bio and then use the code: PANDAFAM for 10% off! . . . #springhassprung#pandaplanner#pandaplannerpro#structurevsfreedom#limitations#structuredfreedom#seedsgerminating#thecreativelife#bulletjournal#springsunshine#bulletproofcoffee#yinandyang
I made the decision a long time ago not to work much on Sundays. It’s my day to refresh, relax, and be with my family. It gets me ready for a new week. ⠀ ⠀ On Sunday evenings my husband and I pull out our planners and prioritize, plan, and sync our schedules. It’s been so helpful for me to have that accountability with him. 🖊 ⠀ ⠀ I love Monday’s- a fresh start, new outlook, and all the possibilities! ⠀ ⠀ What are you doing today to make your week great? ⠀ ⠀ If you don’t know where to start- sit down and write 3 tasks you can do today and 3 tasks this week that will make an impact on your business. 🖊

I always believed that when one door closes another opens or you look for the window. But now, now I believe in the hallway. There isn’t always a window or a door waiting for you to open it. Sometimes you are in a hallway season of life and you just got to walk it and remain hopeful and joyful. Find gratitude, fix your attitude, and live in the hallway. 💫If you are in a hallway season you are not alone. Walk it. Find the joy. Chose joy. Wait. The door or window will come. #whenonedoorcloses#gradnurse#fitmom#madeformore#goaldigger#pandaplanner#hallway#lightattheendofthetunnel
🙋🏼♀️Is your mind filled with your to do lists? constantly thinking about whats next? How will you do it all? I FEEL YOU! 🥺 . This planner (paired with therapy) has helped me reduce my constant feeling of overwhelm and anxiety and I thought it might help you! #sharingiscaring . 🤯 My mind was always so busy, thinking about what I have to do next, that conversation I had last week and everything inbetween, meaning I really struggled with 👉🏻FOCUS👈🏻 When I get overwhelmed at a certain point I get so worked up that I freeze, I cannot do anything and sometimes its a task i've done a million times but I get in my head and tell myself I cant execute it. I found myself going from crazy busy to sitting on the couch doing nothing and feeling defeated. Anyone else know that feeling?????? Ugh it’s the worst. . So I made the commitment to try using a planner for 3️⃣0️⃣ days. I have become obsessed. That 30 days has turned into 90 and counting 🤸🏼♀️ Here's what's in the planner: 🔹3 things you're grateful for 🔹things you're excited about/looking forward to 🔹2 Affirmations 🔹Today's Focus 🔹Exercise 🔹Top priorities 🔹 Hourly Schedule 🔹Tasks 🔹3 wins from today 🔹1 thing to improve tomorrow . 💗This planner (or whatever planner you choose) will encourage you to write down the millions of little things stored in your mind at all times (hello open brain space), holds you accountable to the priorities scheduled in, opens your eyes that there are only X number of hours in a day so don't overbook yourself (when I did this and didn't complete it I felt like a failure so cut that out), increased productivity because you're focused with a plan and as a result opened up more FREE TIME (thats wasssup). Aside from the planning aspect having a planner that ties in the mentall prompts of gratitude and wins is HUGE!!! . 📣If ya want the planner link on amazon lemme know and i'll send it your way. This has been a
Next week in my #pandaplanner - decided to go with a pink theme this week. Doesn’t look like a terribly busy week, but I have a ton of catch up to do after last week’s on-call rotation that allowed me to get nothing else done. It’s cute, though. Still haven’t decided if I like this or my Happy Planner better. They’re each useful in their own ways.

Long but important post ahead (if you want to improve your life). Granted it's only been 2 days, but so far I am REALLY liking this #pandaplanner. 🐼 I often struggle with keeping a positive outlook. It's just hard for me, and I tend to mentally beat up on myself sometimes. I also often feel overwhelmed with all the stuff I *know* I need to do/work on, with sticky notes and pieces of paper that aren't very effective. Being a #realtor is a busy life, not to mention marriage and home life! 5-10 minutes every morning and every night with this baby, and a once a month review/prep for the next month, I think is going to really help! The trick is to really be committed to taking that time. And instead of just writing down what you're grateful for and excited about, really take time to think about it and soak it in - I did that last night and this morning, and already my day is off to a better start than it usually is! I'm definitely in a more positive frame of mind. And having a weekly project list and daily task list in one place is really helping me not feel so overwhelmed. Definitely makes me realize it's all manageable. Be aware that it is set up so you have 3 months total of daily entries, 13 weekly, and 6 monthly. That's deliberate. It's undated and not everyone will use it every day, so your mileage may vary. I plan to use it daily though, and if it helps me as much as I think it will then it's well worth the cost to me. So, if anyone else needs help not just managing their schedule, but also their work/life balance and emotional health - I definitely recommend you look into this. And I just saw www.pandaplanner.com is having a 25% off sale on their site right now! So you can get the classic (what I got) for about $20. Even with 10% off I paid $25 through Amazon.
Good morning world! It's Friyay! New month, new habits, let's grow. I bring this up as it's time for change. We are yearning for it. Spring is in three weeks, the time moves forward in 8 days, we want something new. Well, March is here and God said "I got a sign or 3 for you, dear." I've been utilizing a @pandavist Panda Planner to stay organized this past year. Definitely suggest checking it out. I just completed one book and opened a new one last night. I sat down and chose my three monthly goals and sought out some other things to focus on. These readings lined up perfectly. I also have been praying for a sign to lead me in my decision making about my living situation. I woke up to an awful leak in the basement and said "I hear you, Lord, and thanks for letting me know." I'm not even mad about it. Pray for my strength and understanding as I need to take action. Stay blessed today friends! #goodmorning#riseandgrind#newbeginnings#march1st#positiveperspective#jesuscalling#stayblessed#notibutchrist#dailybread#friyayvibes#pandaplanner
I never got this posted in February, though I meant to. . If you didn't know, I have a huge planner addiction. I am always trying something new from bullet journals to art journals. . I. Just. Can't. Stop. . . Last month I used two planners, the first is my #pandaplanner I love it but find myself pushing it away and not using the daily pages as often. . . Looking for something more practical lead me to a #passionplanner and though we are still in the honeymoon period (first month of owning a planner), I am ADORING the weekly view. So far, I haven't wanted to buy another new planner! 👍
Does your to-do list include your workout? I started making to-do lists about two years ago, and have always put workout on there. When talking to several other list makers to my surprise they never put workout on their to-do list. Are running errands, and vacuuming worthy enough to make the list but working out is not? So that will just happen on it's own, right...like when you have time...because time will just magically open up for that all important but apparently not so important workout...your health and wellness doesn't need to be on your list huh?? Most planners now have a spot labeled exercise USE IT. * fun fact - it's been shown that the act of checking something off your to-do list sends a signal to the brain to release dopamine. -message me with any questions on health coaching, training and/or yoga. #strengthandgrace#healthcoaching#personaltrainer#bostonsportsclubs#bscwayland#behaviorchangespecialist#pandaplanner#writeitdownmakeithappen#massachusetts#todolist#getyourworkoutin
I’m tryin out the Panda Planner from @pandavist and so far it’s going good. This is from yesterday morning (obviously). I love the different sections of the daily pages that make it so easy to plan out a day to the very last detail. #pandaplanner#planning
Lay it all out on the table... just make sure it’s neat. - If my space is cluttered so is my mind. Organization and routine are the two most pivotal points for increasing my productivity. Working from home provides more than enough distractions so planning out my days, weeks and months is key. - This photo is a mixture of things that make my life more productive, organized, spiritual, and CREATIVE. - What thangs make your day go round?
My #pandaplanner reminds me to start everyday with an attitude of gratitude. Here’s today’s list: 1) This sunny weather. 🌞 2) A healthy body and mind. 🏃🏻♀️ 3) Living so close to beautiful nature I get to explore each day. ⛰🌳🌸 ✨ I’m making a concerted effort to change my outlook and my life. Through prayer and petition, (coupled with some fierce determination), it’s working. God is continuing to show me that what is for me will be for me. 👏🏻 What are you grateful for?
I'm finally using Sundays to get my week structured, outline my goals, schedule my professional and personal appointments. And yes, I schedule things like workouts, errands to run, etc. Otherwise, I'd never get anything done. This is a new practice for me, courtesy of my coach @elainelou_ She pointed out the value in keeping a schedule for everything and I so agree. Before, I just scheduled work related stuff, but now I input personal stuff too. . . Do you keep a planner and if so, how to do use it to get your week in order? If not, what do you use to schedule your week? Do you only schedule professional tasks or do you schedule everything? Let's talk about it! 😊 #levelup#personaldevelopment#accountabilitycoach#selfcareboss#mindsetcoach#bosslady#pandaplanner#positiveoutlook#abundancemindset#vibratehigher#sundayvibes
