First flag of the year (despite the little kick in Arch last month) and it is, as expected, so rusty.  Also my glutes decided to sleep through the entire session. . . Although it is slightly stronger than last summer which was the last time I did flags. Guess it's a seasonal goal. This summer I plan to get it out too. Its shakey, it took me few tries to get used to wrist position, push/pull , kick up, all else. This is literally most acceptable but again it's just the first try. Feels comfortable so in the plan it goes from May. . . And with this. Summer and outdoor season @fitnessfirstbrixton is now open. Get down there this weekend. Weather is going to be epic. . . Jetzt rein in die Feiertage mit einem brutalen Programm. ☀️ Ich bin immernoch im Ganzkörper-Training unterwegs und die Vorteile liegen auf der Hand. Bei JEDER Einheit wird die Brust, der Oberarm und der komplette Rücken gekillt. Das macht Fun. 😁  Die "Nachteile": Auch Beine und Bauch sind in JEDER Einheit dran. 😅 Das ist manchmal bitter, aber am Ende dann doch immer geil. Daher weigere ich mich noch, in den Split zu wechseln, SOLANGE die Kraftleistung steigt. 🔥 Zur Ergänzung feier ich das Kampftraining (BJJ) ab. 👊 So ist auch das Prinzip der Variation eingehalten. ✌️ Wir bieten ja auch kein normales Personal-Training an, sondern züchten Spartaner. 😁💪
