Glute Hamstring Raises - GHR are great for knee proofing. Women are more prone to ACL & MCL injuries due to poor posterior (everything down the back) strength. This is a big problem in Women's football, but really it's not a complicated fix. If you want to get faster, more robust, improve your posterior strength, then GHR work is a must. I'll be showing lots of variations on my insta grid. Build and improve your tissue capacity for load across a variety of speeds.
