Y como muchos lo pidieron, acá les dejo la receta de la Avena-chocoproteica🤗💖 - - - Ingredientes🤩: ✔️30 gr de avena. ✔️Una taza de leche de almendras sin azúcar o la que más te guste. ✔️Una cucharita de cacao desgrasado sin azúcar (uso el de Mercadona). ✔️Un scoop de proteína (la que tengan). Si no tienen sustituir por dos claras de huevo . ✔️Endulzar con stevia. ✔️Una cucharita de canela. ✔️Un plátano o la fruta que más te guste. ✔️Muesli sin azúcar (uso la marca Alpen, lo encuentran en carrefour). ✔️Una cuchara de mantequilla de cacahuete. ✔️Una cucharita de mermelada sin azúcar de fresa endulzada con stevia (opcional). - - - Preparación⚡️💓 1-Poner los copos de avena en una olla, con la leche que te gusta, un poquito de agua y la stevia. Dejarlo hervir por unos minutos. 2-Una vez notes que está hirviendo agrégale el scoop de proteína o las claras y la cucharita de cacao en polvo. {ITA/ENG} 🇮🇹 Never skip breakfast, neanche se all’ora di pranzo 🤷🏻‍♀️ Ho questa malattia che si chiama sweet tooth in stadio avanzato, la quale se per qualche circostanza mi trovo ad aver saltato un pasto dolce mi porta automaticamente a recuperarlo a quello successivo 🍬  Per quanto paradossale possa sembrare non sono amante dei dolci in quanto tali (torte, pasticcini) e al ristorante preferisco prendere piuttosto antipasto + primo/secondo invece che tenermi spazio per il dolce a fine pasto, ma al contempo non riesco a contemplare la colazione salata (ci ho provato una volta in vacanza e ancora sono traumatizzata) e mi capita di sostituire il pasto principale con un piatto dolce (che poi è sempre porridge eh), soprattutto la cena, se dal pranzo non ho più mangiato niente di zuccherino 🙄  Ditemi che capita anche a voi dai!  Il porridge di stamattina, cioè di oggi a pranzo era veramente suuper e potrei quasi prenderla come abitudine visto che ho potuto farlo più abbondante eheh (mi duole ammetterlo ma @bau1311 non ha tutti i torti). Porridge latte & biscotti al caffè con crema di ricotta bio (@caseificiocaverde) e Skyr alla nocciola, wafer alla vaniglia ricoperto di cioccolato @babbi_srl, pasta di nocciola, polvere di caffè ✨ . . . 🇬🇧 I have this advanced stage sweet tooth which, if for some reason I happen to skip a sweet meal, brings me to catch up with the following 🙄 And I’m not even that kind of person that saves space for the dessert at the restaurant (I don’t even like eating “classic” cakes or pies) but I cannot imagine having a savory breakfast and I can easily swap savory dinner for sweet (that’s always oatmeal btw). Tell me I’m not the only one camon 😅 This morning, no wait, today’s breakfast for lunch was perfect and since I hadn’t have breakfast I could even make it more copious ehehe  Coffee milk & cookies oatmeal with hazelnut organic ricotta cheese and skyr cream, chocolate covered vanilla

🇮🇹 “L'uomo crede di volere la libertà. In realtà ne ha una grande paura. Perché? Perché la libertà lo obbliga a prendere delle decisioni, e le decisioni comportano rischi.” Quando mi ritrovate a parlare ripetutamente di cosa mi piaccia di più tra pancakes e porridge o quisquilie di tal sorta, amici, è perché in realtà sto divagando e tendando di allontanare il pensiero da questioni ben più importanti. Se c’è una cosa in cui proprio non sono brava è prendere decisioni con risolutezza e stento a non perdermi tra i se i ma e i però, soprattutto se comportano rischi. Il rimandarle però, non fa altro che portarmi a rimuginare all’esasperazione e alimentare l’ansia. Che poi in cuor mio probabilmente lo so già dal principio cosa voglio, e la maggior parte delle volte è correrlo, quel rischio. Ed è per questo che fa così paura.  Quindi, dicevamo che preferisco il porridge mi pare, giusto no? 💁🏻‍♀️ Non fa eccezione quello al forno, che si trasforma in una sorta di mugcake maa tutta fatta di fiocchi d’avena 🤩 The best of both words right?! 😌 . 🥥 Almond Joy Oats Bake con burro di mandorle @womensbest, cocco e gocce di cioccolato 🍫  Conoscete gli almond joy?? It's been awhile since I've made oat energy balls... anyone else?! 🙋🙋‍♂️ They're such a good snack to have on hand and take minutes to throw together. These Blueberry Coconut Oat Energy Balls come with a little boost of plant protein but if you don't have any protein powder on hand, you can omit (and also omit the liquid in the recipe too.) Apple crumble.  Happy St.Patrick's Day everyone!!! My sister Patricia is named after St.Patrick(by me, because I loved the name so much) so this day is very special for me. And funnily one of her favorite dishes is Apple pie. I would make apple pie, but work's so busy  at the moment.Still I wanted to make something with apples this morning.Something special, healthy with no refined sugars and with a sprinkling of the Irish magic.. And this dish fulfilled everything, it's refined sugar- free,gluten- free  AND it's doesn't even need an oven! Add some honey and let it all stick together.(You can use coconut oil instead of butter and coconut sugar instead of honey to make it vegan.) For the apples: Peel and chop two green Granny Smith apples into cubes ,add a teaspoon of lemon juice and water.Sauté them with a little butter , cinnamon powder ,ginger powder and coconut sugar.  For the cream-I used Greek yogurt.You can use cashew butter, almond butter, custard or even ice cream. Vocês pediram: papas de aveia de chocolate 😍  Precisas de 100ml de água + 100ml de leite 30gr de flocos de aveia 1 c de sopa de cacau em pó 25gr de proteína em pó sabor chocolate (opcional) 1 c de sopa do super  pequeno-almoço cacau e avelã da @shinesuperfoods  Leva tudo ao lume até obter a consistência desejada e decora com fruta a gosto. Es ist Freitag 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🥰🥰 Hab mir heute morgen schnell ein baked oatmeal (gebackene Haferflocken) gemacht.  Da ich es nicht abwarten konnte, bis es in der Form abgekühlt ist, hab ich es kurzerhand zum Schichtdessert umfunktioniert (in Stücke zerteilt) und mit den bereits vorbereiteten Kirschen vermengt. #nichtschönaberlecker 😋🙆‍♀️ #fürmehrrealitätaufinstagram 😉🤗 Ja wenn's schnell gehen muss 😁🤣 Dann gibt es eben mal ein nicht sooooo wunderhübsches Bild vom Frühstück 😉🙂😆 Nächstes mal wird es dann wieder abends in aller Ruhe vorbereit 😉😁 (Tipp wenn morgens nicht viel Zeit ist: vieles kann abends vorbereitet werden. Und morgens evtl nur noch erwärmen/toppen. #hello #instapeople 🙋🏻‍♀️ • HELLO KLEINER FREITAG 🙈🙂. Ich hoffe ihr seid noch nicht vom Winde verweht 💨🙄 • Gestern hab ich mich an Granola, oder auch Müsli 😋 versucht 👌🏻. Ich finde das Ergebnis echt gut. Ich hab’s gleich mit Quark und Erdbeeren 🍓 probiert 🤤. Das Rezept gibts hier👇🏻 • Zubereitung: * 200 g Haferflocken (ich hab zarte genommen, kernige oder halb/halb geht auch) * 200 g Nüsse (was ihr gerne mögt, ich hab gemischte genommen), zerkleinert * 60 g Kokosnussöl * 125 g Ahornsirup * eine Prise Salz * Zimt nach Geschmack * 1 TL Vanillepaste Die Haferflocken mit den Nüssen vermischen. Die restlichen Zutaten in einem Topf erwärmen bis sie sich verbunden haben. Anschließend die Haferflocken mit den Nüssen untermischen. Die Masse auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech verteilen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 150 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze trocknen lassen. Das dauert ca 30-45 min. Bitte immer schauen damit es nicht zu dunkel wird. Alle 10 min das Granola wenden, damit es nicht schwarz wird 💁🏻‍♀️ • Das Granola schmeckt wirklich lecker und ist schnell gemacht 🙂. TAG A FRIEND WHO LOVES OVERNIGHT OATS💞 So that's what I had for my breakfast today morning.The yummy overnight oats and I tell you it always tastes like a dessert to me.  What went in that jar👇  Ingredients: 30 grams steel cut oats 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds 1 small banana( elachi banana) 1 strawberry 120 ml of toned milk 1 cardamom in powder form Pinch of cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp organic honey  Mix all the above ingredients in an air tight glass jar( mason jar ideally) and refrigerate it for min 8 to 10 hours. Since so many of you have been requesting for the Crepe recipe, here it is😊 Recipe- 💟Beat two large room temperature eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 cup+2 tbsp warm milk, and 1/4 cup water. 💟 Add 3/4 cup spelt flour, 1/4 cup oat flour, pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 💟Blend well until the batter is light and fluffy. Let it rest for 15 minutes before using. 💟To make, grease a nonstick flat round pan. Pour 1/2 cup of batter on the hot pan and swirl all around it.
