Double Posting on a Monday!? What’s happening! . I’ll just leave these ** “Oat, Tahini and Date Breakfast Cookies” ** right here! . Bloody beautiful with a brew! Post workout! . All in one bowl recipe - Just how I like them! . 1 cup of jumbo oats  1/2 cup tahini butter (or a nut butter of choice) 1/4 cup of Maple syrup  1/2 cup of chopped dates  1/2 cup of ground almond  1 tsp of baking soda  1 tsp of salt  Few splashes of water to bring the mixture together! . Shape into little mounds pressing down onto a grease proof tray. Bake in the oven 180 for approx 10mins - until slightly brown! And enjoy! Sharing an easy, quick and delicious breakfast, while I'd like to spend some of the coming time to share my facts, discoveries and experiences as a plant based eater. These will include positive and negative effects. It will go on for a somewhat longer period of time with my future feeds, so read along. Und zwar kommt nun einer der letzten beiden Sorten von @foodtastic.shop  Power Cake dran.  Preis: 0.89€ Nährwerte: siehe Bild 4  Aussehen/Konsistenz : ein 120g schwerer Haferflocken Riegel der aus einer groben und feinen Haferflocken Mischung besteht. Als topping dienen vereinzelt Vollmilch Schokoladen Chips(drops). Die Konsistenz der Grundmasse ist etwas weicher als bisher.  Geschmack : Chocolate Chip,  durch die Grundmasse kommt wieder der typische leicht süßliche Grundton der Haferflocken zum vorscheinen, durch die Schokoladen Chips kommt eine leichte vollmundige Schokoladen Note hervor die auch nicht all zu süss ist. Das topping verleiht dem ganzen minimal mehr biss.  Geschmack: 8/10  Fazit:  auch der Geschmack war ok, eine ganz gut abgestimmte Schokoladen Note. No-bake Cherry Bakewell Flapjacks -4 cups oats (400g) -2 cups ground almonds (200g) -10 small fresh dates -1/2 cup dried cherries (70g) -4 tbsp 100% fruit raspberry jam -1 tbsp almond extract  Place the oats and dried cherries into a mixing bowl. Set aside Blend the ground almonds in a food processor until a paste forms. (About 10 minutes). Pit the dates and add them in, along with the almond extract. Blend again until combined Add this to the bowl of oats and mix in well with your hands. Add the jam and combine Press the mixture into a lined 7inch square tin. Was geht ab Leute ✌🏻 Ich habe vor einigen Tagen ein Bild meiner Garmin Uhr in meiner Story gepostet. Darauf hin haben mich einige gefragt ob die Werte dieser Uhr genau sind. Dementsprechend heute ein Post dazu 🤷🏻‍♂️ . Marco‘s Merkzettel 📝: Fitnesstracker ☝🏻 . ➡️ Die Uhren liefern keine genaue Messungen sondern nur Berechnungen. ➡️ Die Tracker berücksichtigen kein zappeln, erhöhte Körpertemperaturen, Hormone oder den Anteil an Muskelmasse, Fett etc. ➡️ Selbst Studien haben gezeigt, dass die Tracker bei der selben Person stark voneinander abweichen. . Ich persönlich habe mal versucht anhand dieser Uhren zu diäten und habe komischerweise eine lange Zeit mit meinem Gewicht stagniert, da ich dachte die Uhren würden mir ein genauen Wert liefern. Doch rückblickend betrachtet haben mir die Uhren ein viel zu hohen Kalorienverbrauch angezeigt, dies bestätigte sich dann auch, als ich anfing die Kalorien zu reduzieren und endlich wie geplant Körperfett verlor. . . Es kann natürlich sein, dass die Angaben bei dem ein oder anderen ungefähr hinhauen, dann könnt ihr die Werte auch als Richtwerte nehmen. Eine Uhr die euch euren genauen Vebrauch anzeigt gibt es jedoch nicht 🚫 . Ich würde euch raten euren Kalorienverbrauch selber zu ermitteln, indem ihr ein paar Wochen eure Kalorien trackt und anhand der Waage schaut wie sich euer Körpergewicht entwickelt. Konsumiert ihr beispielsweise jeden Tag ~3000 kcal und euer Gewicht hat sich nach 2-3 Wochen nicht verändert, dann wisst ihr Bescheid 🙋🏻‍♂️ . . BANANA ALMOND OATMEAL . 1/2 cup oats (Did used 1/2 cup water and 1/2 skim milk) Once base recipe reaches desired level of creaminess, stir in mashed banana and cinnamon, mixed through. Top with fresh banana slices, almonds and a drizzle of almond butter or date caramel before serving, if desired.
I have to say, I'm quite proud of these 😋😎 I used the mini jars from microwaveable vegan brownies that my mum's friend gifted me some time back. (Tip: always keep little dessert glass jars and pots, they always come in handy!) Each little jar was filled with thick, creamy @alpro go on yoghurt and then with chocolate protein porridge (made using @myproteinuk chocolate soy isolate). I topped them with frozen berries, chunks of a @myproteinuk vegan peanut protein ball and some @myproteinuk peanut butter. (Not sponsored by @myproteinuk, just love their products and always have good experiences with them). This breakfast was very satisfying, high-protein and very pretty!
