The other day I made this delicious bowl of chocolate protein oats topped with the most delicious white chocolate, which tastes more like caramel chocolate!  Have a wonderful Monday 😘 • RECIPE: * 1/2 cup quick rolled oats * 1 cup vanilla almond milk * 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder * 2 tsp stevia * 1 tsp cocoa powder  Cook the milk and oats in a saucepan until thick and creamy. Mix in the protein powder, stevia and cocoa. Top with your fave toppings ☺️

Reposted from @sweatysweetpotato -  got some fresh fuji apples at the farmers’ market 🍎 this morning and came home to make this apple cinnamon oatmeal bowl! i could honestly eat this every day  happy sunday everyone 😌 oatmeal details:  1/2 cup sprouted rolled oats 1 cup almond milk  grated zucchini  grated carrot  1 tbsp chia seeds  pinch sea salt  1 tsp cinnamon  1 scoop @nuzest_usa vanilla protein sautéed apples:  1 tsp coconut oil  1/2 chopped apple  1/2 tsp cinnamon directions: in a small saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil. add oats and turn to simmer. add your grated veggies, sea salt, cinnamon, and chia seeds and stir until it thickens. meanwhile, add coconut oil to a pan on medium heat. add apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. keep tossing around until apples are soft and golden. once the oatmeal is done cooking, turn off heat and stir in protein powder (optional). pour into a bowl and add your toppings! i added the apples, nut butter, seeds, and bee pollen -

GALLETAS VEGANAS CON HARINA DE PLÁTANO (Receta abajo) . Ante las dudas que me habéis transmitido sobre esta harina os explico mejor por aqui:  se trata de la harina procedente de los plátanos verdes o machos, que han sufrido un tratamiento de cocción, secado y triturado hasta convertirse en harina (cáscara incluida). Es una buena fuente de proteínas, grasas insaturadas y sus carbohidratos se deben a un tipo de almidón resistente, esto quiere decir que nuestras enzimas del intestino delgado no pueden degradarlo y actuará como si fuese fibra en el intestino grueso. De esta forma no aumentan la glucemia, por lo que es apta para diabéticos. Tampoco contiene gluten y varios estudios revelan que puede ser un super alimento para bajar el colesterol. Tambien debemos tener en cuenta que esta harina no puede consumirse cruda y que debe de pasar algun tratamienro de cocción antes de ingerirse. Con esto ahora os dejo la receta de estas super galletas deliciosas  INGREDIENTES  100gr de harina de plátano  1cda de semillas de lino rehidratadas en 2 de agua  70ml de agua 1cdta de canela en polvo  2cdas de aceite de oliva  2cdas de sirope de agave  1cdta de levadura química . Sobre la mezcla de los ingredientes secos añadimos los húmedos hasta formar una masa homogénea. Dejamos refrigerar al menos una hora, después amasamos y sobre la bandeja horneamos 15min a 170°C. Sunday morning breakfast!! I made apple pie oats again because they are my favorite!! They are also super easy to make!  To make: chop up an apple into small square pieces. Boil with some water, cinnamon and a pinch of coconut sugar. When the apples are soft add in 1/3 cup of oats. Let the oats soak up the water will take about 5-8 mins. Jetzt hab ich endlich mal meinen Cranberry Applepie Porridge fotografiert. Ich liebe die Farbe und den Kontrast der herb sauren Cranberries mit süßem Porridge und dem cremig zimtigen Mandelmus! Und weil heut Sonntag ist gabs dazu noch Kaffee mit Cashew Vanille Milch. Kaffee ist für mich absolutes Genussmittel und ich trinke recht selten welchen, meist nur am Wochenende. Dann schmeckt er aber umso besser und ich genieße ihn richtig!  Diätmäßig läuft es super. Ich bin heute bei 63,5 und damit im Wochendurchschnitt 0,5 kg runter. Das ist perfekt für mich und ich freue mich sehr. Insgesamt sind seit November fast 5 kg und 5 cm an der Taille verschwunden 🤗🎉

Puh was für eine Woche! Emotional von von -50 wieder auf 100%. Voller Energie und neuer Ideen. Das Fitnessstudio hab ich auch wieder mal von Innen gesehen. Kochtechnisch hat auch alles richtig Laune gemacht. Wenn das nächste Woche halbwegs so weitergeht bin ich recht zufrieden. Okkkkkaaayyyy, just whipped up what may be my favorite protein ball recipe yet; Coco Double Chocolate Power Balls! There’re so chocolatey and SO good!  1 cup @bobsredmill oats (broken down in blender or food processor is best) 1/2cup creamy peanut butter (I used @crazyrichardspb ) 1/3 cup @naturenates honey (tip: spray your measuring cup with coconut oil before measuring your honey so it doesn’t stick) 2 tablespoons @traderjoes chia seeds  2 tablespoons @bobsredmill Almond Meal 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut  1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract  Pinch of sea salt  1/4 cup mini chocolate chips  1 scoop @doterra chocolate protein powder.  2 Tablespoons @vivanaturals  Cacao powder. Мои вкуснющие печеньки с iherb заканчиваются,хоть и заказала я три пачки,но там их было не так много,хотя цена довольна прилична,но она себя оправдывает на все сто👍🏻 По виду,тонкие,хрустящие,как чипсы,вкус просто 💣,из всех трёх,самой,оказалась солёная карамель🤤 _________ Вчера я сделала новый заказ,решила попробовать теперь другие печеньки,заказала знаменитые кокосовые Макарун,как долго я их вылавлива,как увидела их в наличие,пулей оформила заказ😅 Теперь буду опять ждать,хотела написать,надеюсь без приключений,а потом думаю,а почему бы и нет,когда твои приключения заканчиваются таким бонусом🎁 И прямо в канун Нового года🌲 _______ По поводу питания,я немного увеличила Калории себе сегодня,можно сказать,устроила небольшой #читмилл  Прибавила себе 150 калорий,о чем ни капельки не жалею🤗 И ещё,я всегда честно пишу,что ела за весь день,нет такого,что я подъедаю тайком конфеты и булки,а фоткаю сюда гречку🤦🏻‍♀️ Лопала я неделю новогоднюю,что хотела,о чем не скрывала и честно рассказала потом,в первый день после объедаловки новогодней,так и всегда, я всегда выставляю все как есть 😉 .

🍎🍵💛Fried cinnamon apples & oatmeal to shake up a weeklong banana and herbal coffee breakfast rut. ☕🍌🚫 Recipe: One Fuji apple per serving. 1TBSP pasture raised farm butter, I used Vital Farms from Whole Foods, prepackaged oatmeal, I used Modern Oats, Trader Joe's cinnamon. Melt butter, add chopped apple and desired amount of cinnamon. Cook till tender. Prepare oatmeal per instructions then place oatmeal in pretty bowl, add apple mixture. Simply blend together chickpeas with oats, onion, carrot, red pepper, sun dried tomatoes, tomato puree, flaxseed or chia seeds, herbs and seasoning and shape into patties. Good evening! ⠀ I just popped out to the shop to get some tissues for my cold. Our local Christmas lights have been switched on lighting up the sky with twinkly stars. I can't believe I got through 1 whole box of tissues in 1/2 a day! My nose looks like Rudolph's and so I fitted in nicely with the festivities! ⠀ .⠀ What's for tonight's dinner? I have a comforting bowl of roasted red pepper and tomato soup with some chia seeds for extra nutrition and a swirly-gig of cashew cream. Also, a side order of toasted avocado on rye @basementcafeandbakery Don't you just love avo toast?⠀ .⠀ A note on toms.⠀ Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants, especially a phytonutrient called lycopene which boosts immunity, promotes heart health and reduces risk of cancer. It is also rich in anti-inflammatory compounds (zera-carotene, phytoene and phytofluene), that are responsible for the vivid colour of tomatoes. (More reason to eat the rainbow!). They are also a great source of vitamin C, so super duper for great skin.
