Was intrigued by this new Gluten-free Quick Cook Brown Rice & Quinoa Pasta from @traderjoes 👕 Whipped up a cashew sauce with a cup of cashews (boiled 10 minutes & drained.) Tossed nuts into a high performance blender with nutritional yeast, garlic powder, turmeric, 🍋 juice, salt and pepper to taste. The pasta directions say to cook pasta 2-3 minutes, or until al dente. Tested it at a minute and a half - it cooks fast!💨 And it continues to cook after turning off heat. I tossed in ice cubes to stop pasta from cooking further, then drained. Separately sautéed some organic kale and spinach — a great base for this CASHEW MAC ‘N CHEESE. Today has been one of those really great days where you take stock in what you have and what has been built. Grateful as always, thankful we took a chance when we legit had NO CLUE really what this was or how to do it. . Have Kim and I been working? Yes, it’s the beauty of this business...you squeeze it into the pocket of times that you have and our office is whatever view we want it to be. 🌍 . But the crazy part about this mobile biz is while we have been travelling and getting some great down time in, our team is exploding, and growing faster and bigger than ever...and for so many of our coaches they are turning this into an incredible part-time income. That s#%t fills our cup! ☕️ . Btw...this does require skill, effort, time, and patience...this is no get rich quick scheme...we’ve worked very hard to get to this point...but... . Hot coffee (half-caff) + Coconut Oil + Collagen...and then I like to add a touch of cane sugar and 2 drops of Thieves essential oil. Then I buzz it in my #nutribullet . The collagen and coconut oil give the coffee a creamy flavor & mouthfeel almost as if there IS creamer in it. Spring had finally sprung & although it’s still a bit chilly here in Scotland 🏴 I’ve been feeling the need for a Green Smoothie! Here’s my recipe for todays concoction made in the Nutribullet. 1 handful of fresh Spinach 🍃 2 celery sticks 1/4 of a cucumber 1 big tsp of meridian smooth peanut butter 🥜 A portion of tesco’s body boost smoothie mix ( contains some frozen pineapple, kale wheatgrass powder. Apple, spinach, chlorella, spirulina, barleygrass & ginger. Wheat & gluten are marked on the allergy info btw so omit this if you have allergies!) I normally would not use frozen fruit/ veg as it’s a bit too cold just now but I wanted to use it up as it was the last one lurking about the freezer! 😆 Fill up with Coconut milk up to the Max line & blast away. If its too cold you could let it come to room temp. Remember you can sub it with any kind of milk or nut butter you like. If you are allergic to nuts you could miss out or sub it with a seed butter. 👍🏼

The title for this recipe comes from my silly assembly, which I dedicate to @dom.deangelo in memory of his amazing Sad Single Guy recipes, because sometimes we the people work and are too tired for complicated kitchen preparations. . The sauce is really suited for any kind of noodle, especially shells and linguini. The flavor from dried herbs is excellent! Please tag me if you try it 👩🍳💛🌱 . Step 1: Boil noodles, broken in half . Step 2: Chop an onion, only in half (are we sensing a theme?) . Step 3: Combine onion, cashews, and canned tomatoes (including liquid) with dried herbs and spices in a high-speed blender. . Never thought I’d be a green smoothie gal. Especially not a smoothie in this shade of green 🙃 My idea of a smoothie was always essentially a milkshake. And dude, those are still my favorites — especially when I can make them with healthy ingredients. But when you have a banana allergy, you have to get creative with how to make your shakes heftier. Frozen berries will just turn into a watery sludge. So I build up the base of my shakes with frozen sweet potato, frozen zucchini and fresh spinach most of the time. And sometimes, like today’s shake, I realize I don’t want any fruit in it. So I threw in vanilla protein powder, almond butter and unsweet almond milk. And ugh it was so good.

Ovako,na prvom mestu,najbolje je da imate smrznuto povrće uvek u frizu.Čak je i zdravije od tzv.svežeg koje danima stoji u prodavnici dok ne uvene.Smrznuto povrće u roku od 2 h od berbe mora da ide u proces obrade. Znači,kesa smrznutog brokolija i spanaća je must have 😉. 1/2 zelene jabuke Green smith 1/2 banane 1 kivi 1 veći briket spanaća 3 manja cveta brokolija 2 urme vode otprilike. Od ove količine se dobije oko 4 dl. Ne znam nutritivne vrednosti ovog napitka,niti za šta je dobar,sama sam smislila kombinaciju po svom ukusu,a ukus je savršen.Ne oseti se ni spanać,ni brokoli,nego kao divni,osvežavajući napitak od jabuke pun vitamina.
