I've started using an app called YouAte. It does not count calories, it's simply a food journal that asks if your meal is on or off path. There's other questions you can answer such as why you ate, where, with someone, and how it made you feel. You can take a picture or type in your meal. Simple right? ✨ Quick meal idea!! ✨  Baked tilapia bowls are a FAV in the Brown household! 😋 . . 🌱Steamed brown rice packet (perfect for 2!!) 🌱1 can pinto beans 🌱2-4 large red potatoes, diced (microwaved for ten min in glass bowl with olive oil and 2 TBSP Earth Balance dairy/soy free butter alternative) 🌱4 tilapia fillets, thawed 🌱Everything seasoned with sea salt, cracked pepper, dill, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, and a cayenne pepper 🌱Bake fish 425 degrees for 10-12 min (add dollop of earth balance on top!) 🌱Rice and beans zapped for 2 minutes in microwave

And you don’t need that many ingredients to make one! - When I started my health journey 4 years ago I really learned how versatile and nutritious eggs were... and they were a cheap way to get great protein!!! So when my sisters said they wanted to make breakfast when I was visiting last week- I looked in my sister’s bare fridge (shopping was on the to do list 😘) and three things stood out- carton of eggs, spinach, and some shredded Parmesan. Punya berat badan ideal....Siapa yang ga mau😀 . Udah indah dpandang semua sudut, berat badan ideal juga erat kaitannya dengan kesehatan yang paripurna 😉 . Trus berlomba2lah orang menjalankan sebuah program diet.. . MASALAH NYAAAA... TIDAK SEMUA PROGRAM DIET DRANCANG DENGAN BAIK dalam segala aspeknya.. . Nah lo... ❓❗❓❗ . Trus program diet yang bagaimana ya yang bisa awet sepanjang hayat dkandung badan😁 . Pastinya... Pertama harus pilih program yang bener2 bisa dpertanggungjawabkan secara ilmiahnya... Lalu harus didampingi juga oleh mentor/coach yang berdedikasi tinggi... Daan.. Terakhir : punya SEMANGAT TINGGI😅... karena mau sehebat apapun dietnya, semua harus djalankan dengan bahagia ya tentunya😊 . Program TR90 menghilangkan lemak dan mempertahankan masa otot, sehingga metabolice rate (kemampuan tubuh membakar lemak) tidak menurun. . Perbedaan TR90 dengan diet lain adalah kemampuannya mempertahankan masa otot, inilah yang menyebabkan setelah selesai program TR90, tubuh tidak lagi kembali ke bentuk semula sebelum program (efek yoyo). . Karena selama 90 hari program, lemak dihilangkan dan meningkatkan masa otot sehingga setelah 3 bulan kemampuan tubuh membakar lemak dilakukan oleh tubuh sendiri. Sehingga, TR90 tidak perlu dikonsumsi seumur hidup. Cukup 90 hari selama program. . Berbeda dengan diet lain, yang harus dikonsumsi terus menerus, sekali berhenti maka berat badan akan kembali ke bentuk semula atau melebihi berat badan sebelum diet. Transformation Tuesday I’m still in awe where I used to be to where I got to with just simple consistent work. I’ve moved to 200 pounds now and I’m so comfortable there so you can drop weight and if need be gain weight as well with this program. Mainly it’s easy to stay there. So many people loose it but the. I just discovered @blazepizza thanks to an #instafriend At 3 sp per slice . Since I started #weightwatchers #saturdaysplurge has been Chinese take out.  Only problem is that I'd spend half the week trying to lose the bloat weight from all the sodium.  I ended up eating the whole pizza. Only gained an acceptable 0.4 lbs.  BTW, had 1/2 a cupcake too! This turned out AMAZING!!!! Didn't have a recipe to follow, just threw random detox approved things in my crockpot until it tasted good! 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 #thatshowiroll  Detox crock pot chicken noodle soup with brown rice/quinoa: • 🌱4-5 chicken breasts 🌱1 1/2 boxes chicken broth 🌱 1/2 bag gluten free brown rice/quinoa noodles from Aldi 🌱1 90 sec microwaveable steam pack brown rice and quinoa mix (or use real deal if you have time) 🌱2 frozen veggie mixes (I used carrots, broccoli, cauliflower) or use real if you have time 🌱1/2 sliced red onion 🌱 1 big spoonful minced garlic 🌱4-6 bay leaves (for flavor only! Do not eat!) 🌱 Sea salt, black pepper, dill, parsley, and red cayenne pepper flakes to taste  Throw everything EXCEPT RICE AND NOODLES in crockpot on high 4-5 hours or low 6-8 hours....or, ya know,  until it's done 🤣  Shred chicken  Boil 1/2 bag of the noodles and add in along with the rice/quinoa mix about 15 min before serving (if you add too soon they tend to get mushy and I've never had success mixing them together uncooked with everything else, but you could try it!) Optional: serve with veggie rice crisps instead of crackers (from Walmart!)

Can I share a big misconception I often encounter? 🙍🏻‍♀️ The belief that in order to get healthy you have to eat bland food, restrict almost everything under the sun and to eat less. 🙅🏻‍♀️ This is far from the truth! To be healthy does not mean bland! I encourage including spices! You should enjoy your food, but with the right measurement of spices and understanding the portion size that your body needs. ✨ Our bodies need a balance of protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats, vegetables, fruits and lots of water to be at “optimal health.” 💪🏼 I coach to educate my clients about the “good” foods for our health, eliminating processed foods and fake sugars, and to eat frequently (every 2 to 3 hours). You need to fuel your body throughout the day!
