Was dead after doing all failure, 315 on squat folded me from doing 10-15 reps all other sets, lunges, calves, extensions, cardio. Yesterday I almost talked myself out of the gym, I slept less than 4 hours, missed a meal, wanted to use a good excuse I could stay home and catch up on rest. Standing Overhead Press 250lbs was aiming for a double but wasn't feeling strong enough. Strength and energy levels was definitely dwindling, especially after the set of 585 deadlift. Throughout these programs, I minored in Wellness Coaching and Exercise Science and got certifications for personal training and group fitness through the Athletic Fitness Association of America (AFAA). I have worked in the health and wellness industry since 2004, with five years focusing on personal training and 15 years teaching group fitness in a variety of platforms to include Body Pump, HIIT, Zumba, yoga, and kickboxing. Deadlift 585lbsx3 Huge PR!!! Think I finally found my sweet spot on foot positioning for sumo. Back still sore. Feel like I'm lifting on autopilot. Quads feel on fire. Feels like I can feel my muscle fibers still contracting or maybe it's the microscopic muscle tears. Anyway feeling confident that I will hit a new 1rep max when I'm fully recovered. Hopefully I can let myself recover enough to attempt a 1rep max when I'm not sore. As the weather warms and the foliage gets greener I can't help but get excited to dust off my stumpy and get out on some trails,  hyperventilate and have my hamstrings cramp up haha... not really that part, but it is inevitable! This was by far the most beautiful place I've ever been,  much less singketrack I've ridden, it feels like I had to stop every 2 minutes to snap a picture. Trail 401 in Crested Butte reminds me of what I picture when I think of the Swiss Alps or similar scenery. Hard to believe this was three years ago,  but hoping to make it to Durango this summer as I hear the trails there are right on par with Butte. This lower forarm tattoo has some sub-dermal scarring from the application of the original tattoo. The scar tissue has encapsulated some particles of ink making parts of the removal difficult. Kneeling cable flys are great for taking on leg drive and allowing you to focus more on balance of the core and chest throughout. It’s always good to switch up between variations to ensure you are hitting the muscle at different angles!

La chose importante à retenir sur les sets (series) les reps et sur le nombre que vous devez faire est la suivante: . Il n'y a PAS un seul "bon" ou "meilleur" moyen. Même mon image est juste une ligne directrice, pas une loi. Tant que vous vous poussez, que vous gardez une technique et que vous soulevez progressivement plus de poids ... vous allez faire des progrès.  Vous allez devenir plus fort, plus défini et augmenter votre endurance. Il n'y a aucun moyen de le contourner au naturel! .  Cela dit, certaines directives générales peuvent vous aider à rester sur la voie de vos objectifs et à mieux comprendre le processus. . Les mouvements de force / strength (squats, soulevés de terre, presses, etc.) sont les plus lourds et doivent être effectués au début de votre entraînement.  3-5 séries de 1-5 répétitions par série avec 2-5min de repos entre les séries pour une récupération complète. .  Hypertrophie est un mot de fantaisie pour «croissance musculaire» et devrait être fait après votre travail de force.  3-5 séries de 6-12 reps par série avec 1-2 min de repos entre les séries. Vos muscles seront en mode "Pump up the jam, pump it up". . Endurance est une sorte de magie noire 😁, créée par Lord Voldemort lui-même, raison pour laquelle nombreux l'évite. Mais sur une note plus sérieuse, la plupart d’entre nous préférons les incorporer au moins pour santé en général si ce n'est rien d'autres. Faites-le à la fin de vos séances d’entraînement pour 2 à 3 séries de 12-20 reps ou plus par série et 30 à 75 secondes de repos entre les séries. Ceci est loin d'être amusant et devrait honnêtement être assez inconfortable.  Vous pouvez également les utiliser comme "ensembles chronométrés" dans lesquels vous réglez votre chrono (c'est-à-dire pendant 60 secondes) et travaillez sans arrêt jusqu'à la fin du temps imparti. .
