I just want to share my chart in its own post to put my progress in the last 23 weeks on my feed. Prior to this journey I struggled so much. I just couldn’t get my head into weight loss mode again and everything was just getting on top of me. I was confused, stressed, depressed and VERY tired of it, so basically I gave up! . I let myself find me again (obviously in doing so I found some of the weight I’d lose previously 😂) but none of that matters to me now! I’ve been through all the emotions! I’ve called myself every name under the sun and criticised myself a lot - I was basically my own “troll” on my shoulder saying to myself what I expected other people would say to me, but you’ve all been supportive and like amazing cheerleaders in my phone every week since I started to open up my world to you all again! For that I’m forever grateful ♥️ the same to the people in my real life! Friends at group have never once judged me or made me feel bad for my failures! . I’m a very committed person and I give my best in everything that I do in life, so my weight loss journey(s) are no different to anything else. The commitment and motivation you see is me in life, work, everything! Who loves one pot cooking with minimal prep? Here's a quick easy recipe you can do and have amazing tender pork within 40 minutes.. 🙏 . -Pork leg/shoulder/belly 500g -Onion 100g -Garlic 5 cloves -Fish sauce 2 tbsp -Cooking wine - Chinese, mirin etc -Chilli oil 2 tsp -Gochugaru chilli powder 2 tsp -Water 500ml -Spring onion 1 bulb -Sesame oil 1 tsp -Cooking oil 1 tbsp 1. Make chilli sauce by mix together fish sauce, cooking wine, chilli oil, gochugaru chilli powder and leave to a side. 2. Cut pork, onions, garlic and sear for 5 minutes on stove with cooking oil. 3. Add chilli sauce and cook for further 1 minute. 4. Add water to cover meat and lower to medium and cook for 20-30mins till liquid is reduced and meat is tender to liking. 5. Cut spring onions and when pork is ready, transfer to plate and garnish along with sesame oil and abit chilli powder. 6. Ingrediënten 1 bloemkool 400gram 2 el milde olijfolie 1 el kerriepoeder 375 ml heet water 1 groentebouillontablet 1 el sojasaus 100 ml kokosmelk 125 g vega speckreepjes gerookt Of meer als je dat lekker vind. 👌🏻🙌🏻 Bloemkool in de pan even bakken 3min, dan kerriepoeder erbij, water met bouillon en laten pruttelen totdat de bloemkool zacht genoeg is om het te pureren. I always have a few staples ready to go for days like this: frozen wild caught shrimp and a ton veggies. Last nights dinner brought to you by cleaning out my fridge and freezer 🤪 Sautéed wild caught shrimp in ghee, garlic, fresh cilantro, and frozen peas. Baked carrots made in the toaster oven (can’t live without it) on 400 for 30 minutes with 1 teaspoon of ghee and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Sautéed the cauliflower gnocchi in avocado oil w/ dried parsley and rosemary. Do you have a SOS meal plan?
