This ain’t your mommas step class. 😅😅😅 This has been intense, quick, effective, challenging, FUN and has left me drenched EVERY👏🏽SINGLE👏🏽DAY👏🏽 in just 20 minutes. I know you see me working out consistently and sharing my progress with you but I was actually scared to start this program. I told my husband how nervous I was because I had a group of women starting with me and I knew I had to follow through on completing this. Cardio scares me! BUT! And There’s always a butt!🍑🤪 I have genuinely found this fun and am amazed by both how fast it goes by every day and how drenched I am but I also how I FINISH every single time. Think you can’t get improvements or results form 20 minutes a day? Here you the proof. Top - black was first time doing it ahead of the group Top - blue was worth the group Bottom - was today. Everyone is either matching their numbers or beating them. This program is sure pushing me and I can tell my endurance and stamina has greatly increased. More strength in the abs and legs. Quads are tight so I have a bit of a struggle there so that is meaning I will need another massage sooner rather then later. Have to keeps this body loose and functioning. Got my leg day done with 80DO and man they are done today. Can feel changes happening and hope by the end of all of this there is more movement in the inches in the legs.
