3wk postpartum update: • I just want the world to know all of the squats I did this past yr went straight to my boobs 🤣😭 I will forever be team flat booty. • I’ve gotten a couple messages from ppl asking my routine & diet & ima be honest... i had stale chicken nuggets & toaster stroodles for breakfast. Im always snacking b/c breast feeding makes me super hungry& im too lazy to cook. But I try to throw in healthy alternatives like lean protiens & veggies when I remember. But the reality is I’m a mom juggling life like all the rest. I am tired & i haven’t washed my hair in god knows how long & I’m just trying to survive my toddler. Mmk. • It boils down to consistent exercise & eating a diet with more healthy stuff than junk. Simple. • Oh! &!Plz dont compare me to other new moms & their postpartum bodies. Every woman experiences pregnancy different, every womens recovery is different, & it takes 2 yrs AT LEAST for a woman’s body to heal from child birth. Celebrate your woman & what she created for you. The legacy she gifted you with.
