I’m never throwing starter away ever again, they’re too good.’ 💘 Learn how to make your very own TrashCrumps (while eating them for breakfast with homemade smoked butter) at my next batch of sourdough classes. I’ll also teach you how to make sourdough loaves - whether you prefer white, country grain, spelty, whole-wheat or rye bread - and sourdough pizza, thousands of which we’ll eat for lunch with various myriad toppings. Probably the best bagel I've ever had was from #talbagel in #newyork. It was stuffed with scallion cream cheese and so delicious I ate it before I even thought about taking a photo. I did get a pic of the shop though.
