My personal weight-loss transformation for ya. I happened to stumble upon @christianguzmanfitness and decided to take his 90 day “Summer Shredding Challenge”. I went from 220 to 160 in just 90 days. It took some serious dedication and hard work; in the gym and with my diet. It was hard, but the transformation both in my physical appearance and my internal confidence was well worth it. • • • I KNOW it’s hard to get up an hour earlier or delay going home an hour. I KNOW it’s hard to make healthy, nutritious dinners instead of grabbing a burger on the way home. I KNOW how hard it is without support. I KNOW how hard it is to step on that scale and see the number. I KNOW how it feels to look in the mirror and not like what you see. I KNOW all the reasons not to. But I KNOW why it’s worth it. I KNOW how much better you feel physically. I KNOW how much happier you are when you’re not thinking about your weight. I KNOW how great it feels to see the numbers on the scale go down. I KNOW how hard it is to do this without support. So let me help you gain back that confidence! Let me be your support system. I want you to know that there will never be the right time begin. It is matter of planning and daily output. Trust that everything is unfolding as it is meant to. Good things take time, not always the time that you think they should happen, but it doesn't mean they won't happen. Today taught me to trust myself. I often psyche out on squats because I don’t trust myself in pushing the weight. Today was different. Instead of sticking to my “normal”, I hit a new PR of 190. Unfortunately I didn’t record it because again, I hesitated. So I hope this helps someone to remember to trust yourself because you can do more than you believe.
