Life is freaking crazy... do you find time to relax and do things for yourself? I used to be go go go ALL THE TIME. Finding myself drained, letting others down around me because I put so much on my plate that I couldn’t ever stay true to my word, and never feeling accomplished. I gave myself way more than I could handle all because I didn’t know how to say NO to the people around me, and to all the things my brain was telling me to do. . . I WAS MISERABLE. . . How did I free myself from all this added stress, and learn to say NO? I discovered me time, I wrote down things so I wouldn’t over book, and I prioritized! Prioritizing things, and people around you is a MUST. If you aren’t doing this it is a guarantee that you will fail, or let someone down. Say NO to the things that don’t have to be done right that moment, and say YES to less stress. I listened to a podcast once over this topic and this is the best advice I’ve ever heard for prioritizing your to do list: ⬇️ . . 1. Make 3 columns . . 2. Name these columns (URGENT, GOT TIME, RELAX) . . 3. Urgent= needs to be done this week . . 4. GOT TIME= needs to be done within the next 2 weeks . . 5. RELAX= needs to be done within 1-2 months. . . 6. On sticky notes write down your TO DO TASK, and categorize each task into its timing! Complete these by priority of time! Once it’s completed take it off, ITS DONE 👏🏼✅ . . Enjoy!!
