You must want the change more than anything else around you. . I lost 100lbs in 1 year through extreme diet and exercise. That year I worked out 365 days and most days were double workouts. a few hours ago i didn’t want to get up. i was feeling lazy, just low. but my home was a mess and i was just like nope. gotta get my fat ass up. so now bathroom is clean, living room, kitchen. all i’m missing is my room. it felt so good after that cleaning. i was sweating 😅
If you thought I was eating things other than proteins, mashed potatoes, and roasted green beans, you’d be half right. We did take out the last couple of nights (burgers- no bun, wings, a sweet friend got us rotisserie chicken!). Adjusting to my meds I’ve had zero appetite, but I’m forcing myself to eat early today to try to get at least 3 of my 4 meals in. Leftover fajita steak strips, taters, green beans (FOR LIFE).
