These are days. . Today I had to stand on my tiptoes to help my son get down the hair on the top of his head that was sticking up...soon I don’t think I’ll be able to see the top of his head at all. I looked at my daughter’s cute smile and melted. She is currently missing four (FOUR!) teeth all in a row on the top of her mouth. Her smile at this moment is 100% gums (and darling), but I know soon it will be full of adult teeth and she won’t look so little anymore. My husband is in the final month of his MBA program! Soon enough our late nights of him at the computer doing homework and me painting the night away while the kids sleep will be over. The days are long, but the years are short. Enjoy these moments. . 🧡💛Slowly adding a little color to my shop...what do you think? This sign will be available to order this Thursday when my Etsy shop is open again! 💛🧡
Things aren't perfect in my home, that's for sure. I'm not just talking about the missing crown molding that you can see in the mirror reflection. This place is a mess 90% of the time... Toys, construction materials, laundry, dust, dirt, sand, dishes, etc.! But on a day like today where I was able to spend the afternoon outside in my yard playing games and enjoying time with the little, I don't care! I'm not perfect and neither is my house, but we sure do have a lot of fun and love here and that's what matters to me! ❤❤
My niece @maddiemndz came by to visit and brought a new member to the family, Miss Pepper! She is such a beautiful #greatdane She is big and beautiful in my eyes so I had to bust out my camera. Swipe 👉 to feast your eyes on her beauty... . . .

I never share our kitchen because it’s RARELY ever clean. Showing it off today because of those bar stools 😍 We took our bar counter top off last year because eventually the island is going to go and it took up space but it’s back up now because we won’t be able to work on it until June. Bar stools were $30 at a thrift store!
I am both humbled and thrilled that East Emory has been featured over on the @mobilehomeliving blog! . . When Crystal reached out to me and asked if she could feature my remodel, I pinched myself. I've put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into this house but sometimes it's hard to see it for what others see it as. . . I'm so grateful for this opportunity and invite you to click the link in my bio to read the post! And give @mobilehomeliving a follow while you're at it for some great inspo if you're a mobile dweller like me. 💕
Amemos a la tierra y enseñemos a nuestros hijos a cuidar de ella. A diario podemos inculcarles este valor con tareas sencillas como apagar las luces, cerrar la llave del agua, reciclar y cuidar de plantas y animales. 🌿🌎 🌷🌱 ⠀ #earthday#diadelatierra#sc_decoazul ⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Happy Earth Day friends! I hope you got some good green in today! This year I’m making a very conscious effort to buy ethically-produced and/or organic products in all aspects of my life. So far I’ve managed to “clean” all of my beauty products (which I have like 5), eat much more organic and buy sustainable toys for my baby. How are you reducing your #carbonfootprint? Also I’m obsessed with this street corner. That’s all.
This is my work place ✨ Here I have stored all the cords, glass jars and other stuff that I need for creating ✨ ↞↠☼↠↞☽↞↠☼↠↞ ☾ ↞↠☼↠↞☽↞↠☼↠↞ Toto je moje pracovné miesto ✨ Tu mám uložené všetky špagáty, sklenené poháre a ostatné veci, ktoré potrebujem na tvorenie ✨
You can never have too much texture in one space, at least that’s my policy 😉. I love the contrast of the rustic wood and the bright white textured fireplace. Not to mention that sweet little #antique bellows with a brass eagle. What’s your favorite texture to use in your space? I hope you have an awesome Monday!
happy monday, friends! hope you all had a wonderful weekend 🌼 • the easter bunny put my new @target mirror on the wall 😍 the new curtains are thrifted @potterybarnkids and i’m smitten with them. this space is definitely quirky, but that’s pretty on brand for me 😉
You ever meet those people where you instantly know... you are my people! This is how I felt when I met @stevensharpejr! I never have a bad time with this one, we can talk about anything and we GET IT! I am so happy I know you Steven!!
Happy earth day babes. 🌍 Today I am offering 20% off everything in my vintage treasure shop. Check out SHOP in my story highlights to see what’s available. 🌈 Growing up I was actually embarrassed that my mom bought almost everything second hand. I thought kids would tease me if they knew we shopped at thrift store. I would act like I didn’t know where my mom bought all my cool stuff. I look back on this and wish I knew that shopping second hand was way more than saving money. I studied sustainability in college and learned the true impact of all the shit that is made, bought, and thrown away without a thought. When you buy something used you can break that vicious cycle. But it’s even more than that. When you buy vintage you know the item has been loved, cherish, possibly given as a gift or even passed down between generations. Vintage has soul, a living energy and a story to tell. • So tell me, how are you showing mother E a little extra love today? - - - - - - -
