Recovery is extremely important for my muscle mass and getting into the best shape.  People sometimes focus on the workout part but not the other 23 hours of the day.  1. Get enough sleep 7-8 hrs for GH and allow the body to recovery  2. Fascia release, whether that’s a massage or a foam roller  3. Adequate protein, healthy fats, carbs and veggies  4. For carbs i do like ignition from 1stphorm.  What makes this different than other carbs after workout for recovery? #transformationthursday Last year I put on ~30 lbs during my 5 1/2 months stay in the US.. my diet got worse and worse over time and I tried all the American foods I had never had before.. I went there shredded and came back the chunkiest I had been since I started lifting.. — This year I put on ~20 lbs over the course of 2 1/2 months.. my diet has been waaay better, I ate massive amounts but mostly 'clean' foods, only had a bunch of burritos and tacos and not a single burger or B&J's.. I definitely put on bodyfat but by far not as much as last time.. — Consider the weight difference in relation to the time frame and bodyfat changes. This goes to show how much of a difference a good diet makes. Using "bulking" as an excuse to consume tons of junk food won't get you nearly as far as a more disciplined approach will! — SWIPE RIGHT to see the difference between last and this year's shape at the beginning and end. The difference last year is much more pronounced, which isn't a good thing as on pictures you see mostly changes in bodyfat and not nearly as much in size (as you do in real life). Can't wait to start my cut in January!! 👊🏼💯 #eatcleantrainhard

Это пример того, как человек надеется ,что раз он имеет мышцы и низкий % жира,то значит может есть жирную пищу и шоколад на ночь). Нет, ребята, качественная мышечная масса не терпит варварского подхода в питании. Буду снижать углеводы и жиры, так как не намерен терять форму. Помните, что скинуть жир тяжелее ,чем его набрать! Зима не для того ,чтобы жиреть - вы просто не успеете скинуть то, что наели ,прикрываясь словами «ну я же на массе, так все качки делают». Все, да не все! Те, кто на препаратах - скинут, а вот вы ,поглощая пиццу и чипсы, этого сделать не сможете. Следите не только за кг на весах, но и за жиром на вашем теле.
