🚙Pumping While Driving🚙 I don’t know that this should be a post of encouragement as some people find this dangerous. I feel just as confident driving while pumping as I do when I’m not pumping. So I am going to give a few pointers for those of you who might be considering this or have questioned it yourself. I love pumping while driving, it’s the best form of multitasking. I have pumped in the car with the combinations between my flanges/Freemie cups/Spectra/BabyBuddha. I think it goes without saying the BabyBuddha and Freemie cups are the easiest combination. While I’m actually driving I do not mess with my cups, if I find that I need to change out cups or readjust I find a parking lot or a rest stop on the highway. I am not able to massage my breasts while driving, that is where the LaVie massagers come in super handy. I position them in my bra and let them do all the work. The BabyBuddha charger has a USB connection, so I never have to worry about running out of power. You’re also able to pump while it’s charging 👍🏻. As for the gawkers and creeps, I just throw my scarf over my chest and keep on plugging along. If you’re going to sexualize my pumping, well 🤷🏻♀️that’s your problem. Just prepped this beautiful piece of meat for the oven to slow cook while I’m at the gym! Salt, pepper, garlic to start the cooking but I’ll add my sauce heavily later. If you’re strict Keto you may want to substitute grape jelly for artificial sugar for that sweet factor. My carb allowance allows it for the little bit I’ll get in the sauce. 1 cup chili sauce 3/4 grape jelly 2 tbsp beef broth 1 tsp Dijon mustard 275° for roughly 2.5 hours in slow cooker bag with holes. Then an additional 20-30 minutes uncovered at 300° with sauce coated on top. I finally decided after knowing I should, to start reading and listening to more personal development and business development books. I had Audible for many months and never used it, so I canceled it. Before I canceled it, I decided to use all the credits I had accrued and put some books in my library. So, this morning before my walk / run decided to pick this book out of my library to listen to. It has made me realize that I rarely dream, visualize, or imagine anything special for my life. This author comes from a Biblical view and use as many Bible verses to back up what she says. I have already learned so much!
