Today we went to @allthingswildnaturecentre I absolutely love this place!! There is so much to do and see unlike some other places where you’ve done it all by lunch time 🙈 we are going to get an annual pass for next year 🍁🖤
This munchkin turns two tomorrow. 😭 Where does the time go? I’m so lucky to have a mini-Daniel that enjoys doing some mini-Roxy activities. 😜 But really, Lila’s personality is much more than the combination of her parents. She’s kind of amazing.
I have started listening to 3 different podcasts (@risenmotherhood, @coffeeandcrumbs and #risepodcast) and I feel like I have to admit now that I am a podcast junkie 😅 I listen to them in the car and while getting ready in the morning. This morning I listened to the Rise Podcast with @msrachelhollis. She discussed her Five to Thrive and I feel like everyone could benefit from these five things that can make a great impact on your life if you do them DAILY. ✨Drink half your body weight in ounces ✨Exercise 30 minutes ✨Give up 1 food category for 1 month (sugar, pop, fast food, fried food, etc.) . ✨Wake up 1 hour earlier (which means going to bed 1 hour earlier!) to make time for yourself - exercise, read, drink coffee, etc) ✨Write down 10 things you are grateful for that day . .
