Own the Day, Own Your Life. Upon waking my goal has always been to hydrate, get outside in the sun and warm up my body. I don't do this everyday because some days I'm just lazy. But today, on a beautiful Easter Monday I chose to own my day. Had my 1L of water with a big pinch of Celtic salt & couple drops of 🍋 essential oil, stood out side on my grounding & reflexology pad & didn't move until I was finished my water. Then I juiced celery & cucumber, added some of @tylertolmantt HTS Greens to help build my blood & drank this while going for a 30min walk whilst listening to a daily devotion. This is seriously one of the best ways to start your days. It's something I get all my coaching clients to start with. I've been listening to a book by @aubreymarcus called 'Own the Day, Own Your Life'. Truly inspirational dude. What made me so happy is that someone at his level, with amazing influence is preaching the same message of health. Highly recommend you get his book! It will inspire you to Own your Days & Your Life. Best quote from the book is: To Live One Day Well Is To Live 10,000 Days Well. To Master 24 Hours Is To Master Your Life!
