I was starting each day looking at my phone. 🤳🏼 I’d sit in bed, scroll through social media and check email, losing track of time as the minutes ticked by. at the last possible moment, I’d leap up and rush to the first obligation of my day. sound familiar? . then I heard about @themiraclemorning. after implementing the six practices from @hal_elrod’s well-known Miracle Morning routine, I’ve felt more productive, and more energized, in the morning than ever. ☀️ . What does the first few hours of your day look like? Are you groggy, complacent, exhausted until you have your morning cups of coffee? ~ These videos provide an example of how I live and teach balance for what I aim to achieve and what brings me joy each day. They are in essence how I cultivate energy from 6AM to about 8:45AM in the morning before I head to the gym or see clients; this energy is sustained throughout my day until about 6PM when I transition to play, rest and recovery. ~ Having a clear vision of what you want to create is the first step.
