This month I set a goal for myself. One that I really wanted to meet..but honestly doubted I would. My goal was to get my workout done every day before work. I’m so proud to say that I have done just that for the last 2 weeks. . . I’m not going to lie to you and tell you I’ve sprung out of bed every morning when my 4:45am alarm goes off. I hit snooze (too many times some days🤣), I take forever to wake up, and most times I tell myself to just go back to sleep. But I don’t. I get up, tell myself I can, drink my momma go juice, and press play. . . Am I motivated every day? No..but I am disciplined. And it was not easy to learn this let me tell ya. I have never been an early riser (which is why I didn’t expect to keep this promise to myself). But I knew I wanted a better routine. And I knew I wanted more time with my family at night. So I made the decision to become a morning person. They say if you really want something you’ll find a way, and if not you’ll find an excuse. Which will you choose?
