Let’s be real... sometimes getting out of bed in the morning can be the most difficult activity of the day. After a deep sleep. When you know you have a big day ahead. When you haven’t been feeling your best. When you’ve had a lot on your mind. When it’s just SOOOOO warm and cozy. It can just be DIFFICULT. . Getting up 30 minutes EARLIER to workout originally felt daunting to me. How could I possibly have the physical and mental energy to do this? But I found my PURPOSE- MY WHY... and I now CHOOSE to get up and get it done... and it FEELS GREAT!!!! I’ve made it a part of my daily plan and although I might still need a mental nudge sometimes, the minute my eyes open and STAY OPEN, I know I need to become positively engaged in my day - and start it with PURPOSE, intention and positivity!! . I gravitate towards all the green i can find be it outdoors or indoor! Creativity is always the result of good health, wealth of imagination and freedom. I found that When i eat & start healthy i feel like im reborn with newer energy or “praana” as the yogis call it, with a will to go further in my days pursuits and feel great about myself while im doing it. I will be starting new works this afternoon and cannot wait. This is a lot of green leafy stuff with a dozen other sweet & nutty ingredients blended with honey & lime to kick-start my busy day as mum, wife, artist & community worker :).
