How’s your Tuesday? Mine involved countless eye drops, 3 decent sized needles into my eye, and a laser that hurt like hell! Too bad it wasn’t for corrective eye surgery. - I’ve worn glasses since I was in 4th grade. Until 2019, the worst thing to happen to my eyes was a curling iron burn in college...don’t ask. In the last 3 months I have had 1 eye surgery, 1 in office laser procedure, dilation to both eyes every 2ish weeks, and my prescription almost double in my right eye. Discouragement doesn’t even cover how I am feeling at the moment. - At the same time, with all that I’ve been through this year with my eyes, I am SO grateful for modern medicine and how it has aided me in my life. In the not so distant past this trial would’ve ended with double blindness instead of terrible, yet temporary pain and my eyesight saved. - So for today, I’m going to remember that... - #eyesurgery#detachedretina#blindasabat#lifestrials#thistooshallpass#stronger#blogger#socialmediainfluencer#thegirlonfoxylane#momofboys#momoffour#momoftwinsplus2#vegasmom#glamorousmomlife
We are soaking up the fresh air 🌷 and sunshine☀️ before it gets too warm out 🙌🏼 Never would I have thought I would have the opportunity to transition to be able to stay at home. I thought my days would consist of dropping him off at daycare and heading to work for 8 hours. These moments right here are why I continue worked my booty off with this business. I wanted more time at home with my son. It took a chance, it took faith, it took having discipline and stepping out of my comfort zone, and showing up daily. I have seen what this opportunity can do for people and I continue to challenge myself to achieve my goal! It’s days like today I am thankful for my home based business where I can literally work from anywhere. It has been and continues to be the best decision I have made for my family. I never would have known how it could truly change our lives if I never gave myself the chance to just try. . . . #thankfuleveryday#motherhood#blueeyedbabes#landonjohn#mamasboy#momofboys#livinglife
This little sugar of ours is getting some more molars in and it’s the saddest to see him in pain. 🦷 But the extra snuggles I’m a fan of! 🥰 Mommas give me all your teething tips! We’re doing Copaiba essential oil, Babyganics teething gel, and Tylenol when he spikes a fever. Any secrets I don’t know about?? 😕
My buddy had his first ever baseball game!!! ❤️❤️ Go HOOKS!!! How handsome is he?!?! 🥰😭🙌🏻 . . We are learning that it's okay to mess up as long as you are trying your best and having fun!!! He had his first strike out today and he didn't handle that well! 🤷♀️ Which broke this momma's heart!!! It's the first of many I'm sure!
Stronger! That’s what being a mom has made me, a stronger person. These guys teach me each day that I am stronger than I ever thought possible. I face obstacles now with ‘how will they see me get through this’ instead of ‘how can I get out of this.’ I work on my inner voice so they don’t hear me talking negatively out loud. And I push myself to grow mentally and physically stronger each day to show them that they can do it too. Today I was working through some training on the psychology behind our eating habits and it was talking about how our habits and thought process about food was most likely formed from our parents and their relationship with food as well as their self-talk. It really had me thinking about the picture I am painting for my sons each day and how I always want them to have a good relationship with themselves whether that’s with food, body image, or self-talk. I want them to feel confident, empowered with knowledge of good health, and strong in all areas of their life. It’s my job to set that example and guide them down the right path. They have made me a stronger person because I want the absolute best for them and for that to happen I have to be my best! We have to power, parents! Be the person you want them to grow up to be! I would love to know if you think your current relationship with food comes from your parents eating habits or if you feel like yours are currently affecting your children’s nutrition? Enjoy our "mad" faces!

🤩Pictures speak for themselves. I feel every single change... inside and out. Bottom pic is from 2011, Nicolas was almost a year old, top pic is from a recent trip to AZ. 🌟Many changes for both of us in these 20 years... life changing moments which have made us stronger and wiser. 🥰Physically for me, changes really started happening 6 years ago and took a major change 2 years ago with my health and wellness supplements. I have more goals to achieve this year, going strong!!! 🙌🏼💜
"We do not stop exercising because we grow old, we grow old because we stop exercising." -Kenneth Cooper . . I don't know about you but I 🙅don't plan to ever grow old. Show up for yourself, you are worth it! ❤
#transformationtuesday . Picture on the left we were celebrating my eldest sons 5th birthday at one of our favorite restaurants. The food was great, but I definitely over indulged. I always remember never really feeling well after eating tons of bad carbs and sugary foods. But I did anyway, because that's how I was eating all my life. . Do not get me wrong, there are days that I want to rip open a bag of potato chips and go to town, but I stop and I remember what eating keto has taught me and how making smart choices on what I eat can make me look and feel. . This is the main reason why I started this page. To keep me accountable. To remind myself that I can do this! And to help anyone who's reading this and tell them, "YOU can do it!!" . #keto#ketodiet#ketotransformation#ketoweightloss#ketogenicdiet#weightloss#weightlosstransformation#weightlossjourney#intermittentfasting#momofboys

Mike @keelermb and I are so proud of our Lil’ Danny and Zackary is a proud #bigbrother! 💙❤️💙💙
It’s amazing what can happen in a year. When I saw this photo pop up on my Time Hop today I couldn’t believe this was me a year ago. . . . Hard work. Dedication. Consistency. Accountability. Motivation. Support. All of these things were a key factor in helping me achieve results. It wasn’t always easy, but it’s definitely worth it!
✨Welcome to the #this_is_boyhood Loop✨ With each passing day a little more of their personality comes thru. They say new words, show new interests and make new friends. This weekend I took the boys to a play place and they were so confident walking up to other kids and starting a conversation. It was something that I never quite did master as a child. They saw these kids as people. Not as boy or girl, nor did they care about looks, clothing, race or ethnicity. They saw a friend, but I saw more, and my heart felt more. I thought how I never want my boys to ever feel like they have to fit a mold. I thought how I always want them to feel comfortable in their skin and who they are and that those qualities will carry them. I thought about all of the people on this earth that hide who they are, or who don’t live their truth, for fear of what the outside world will think. I thought how I will work tirelessly to teach my boys about respect, kindness, acceptance, and inclusiveness because we are all human and all love the same. Boys will not be just boys. They will grow into amazing men. I’ve teamed up with other amazing boy moms who are redefining how to raise boys. Check out how these moms are helping to change the standards of boyhood! @thebluegrassmom @nikkiandal @punsandlittleones @completely.maginlee @hipmomma007 @blondieandbears
I have truly been blessed with an excessive breastmilk supply this time around. I struggled so much to produce enough with Declan and lost my supply twice with him. When my milk started coming in with Grayson and coming in, in an abundance, I cried happy tears! I've been able to stash away enough milk so far that if something were to happen to my supply, I would be able to feed him for the remainder of the year. I'm praying that that does not happen and that I am able to donate my supply when I am finished nursing since Grayson started out on donor milk since he was in the NICU. This go around, I have included Adam more when it comes to feeding because I feel that he should share in that same connection and bond I receive with Grayson when I nurse! Tonight, I had Declan share in that experience as well and this big brother was over the moon! His eyes lit up when I asked him if he wanted to feed Grayson my milk! 💚💙
Y’all, I am tired and have had an extremely unproductive day 😖 my alarm went off this morning, and I chose to snooze it - mistake number 1 - it was set to snooze for an hour apparently, and I missed my whole morning routine 😭 no big deal, though. Brush it off, keep on keeping on, right?💪 .. .. Then comes nap time for two kids, therapy time for the other, and I get them all settled into their things. Planned on working, but I couldn’t keep my eyes open. My husband was home, so I decided I’d take a power nap - I woke up 2 hours later 🙄 and again, got zero work done 😭 😏 .. .. It’s now the end of the day, and I still haven’t gotten ANY work done except for my workout 🏋️♀️ and some trainings, but I’m really working on my mindset, so I’m trying not to see the day as a total loss just yet. I got some cleaning done, we got our school work done, I worked out 💪 AND I got a good behavior report from the therapist, so I’m taking those wins for the day and appreciating what WAS accomplished. .. .. Not every day can be a winning day - that doesn’t necessarily mean it was a losing day either though. We can always choose to turn our situation around. We don’t have to do everything perfectly all the time. Just do a few things really well, and you’ll be golden ☀️ .. Change your thoughts and you’ll change your life ✌️ . . . . #sahm#sahmlife#fitmom#clothdiaperaddict#armywifelife#postpartumbody#fitlife#momsofinstagram#stayathomemom#boymom#momofboys#raisingboys#momof3#momof3boys#homeschoolmom#asdmom#aspymom#semicrunchymom#hippiebaby#breastfeedingmama

👋🏼 I’m a label reader. If you know someone that uses this brand, please share this information with them. Mrs Meyers should not be supported. Brands like this one continue to make false claims in being a "natural alternative" for your home but in reality it's quite opposite.❌You really need to be mindful of this and know what to look for before purchasing "natural" products. 🙋🏼♀️I know SO many people who use these products. I wonder if you know what I'm about to share... ➡️Did you know that Mrs Meyers was NOT founded by a sweet little old lady named Mrs. Meyers? Nope! In fact, it was founded by a woman named Monica Nassif, a corporate marketing consultant and executive founder of the Caldrea Company -- She named the brand after her own mother, who raised 9 children on a farm in Iowa. Monica understood the power of a good "storyline" for selling cleaning products and has succeeded in duping many over the years. ➡️Mrs Meyers brand is actually owned by SC Johnson 🤯 Yep! They were acquired back in 2009 by SC Johnson, the manufacturer of the following toxic products:⚠️Raid, ⚠️Glade Plug-Ins, ⚠️Scrubbing Bubbles, ⚠️Off! bug repellent, and ⚠️Drano. The company continues to test their products on animals. Is this really a company you trust and want to support?🙅🏼♀️ ➡️Take a minute and look at the packaging of Mrs Meyers. It looks so homemade, innocent, a reminiscent of our beloved toxin-free Dr Bronners (this is no coincidence!). ❌Don't be fooled. Dangerous Chemicals in Mrs Meyers Clean Day Products: ❌Benzisothiazolinone ❌PEG-2 Cocomonium Chloride ❌Methylisothiazoline (linked to nerve damage by the NIH) ❌Phenoxyethanol ❌Sodium Caprylyl Sulfonate ❌Sodium methyl-2 lauryl sulfate (can create cancer-causing nitrosamines and cause acute aquatic toxicity) ❌Fragrance - undisclosed concoctions of chemicals and most likely glycol ethers, as with many SC Johnson products. So, the next time you
