It’s the craziest thing to have the tight upper back like I typically do, BUT NO HEADACHE AND NO MIGRAINE. My migraines would be the worst when my upper back was tight. I also got them probably 5 days a week. And I’ve had them since I was in my early 20’s, maybe a bit earlier. So.... I STILL don’t wanna “jinx” anything, BUT, sooooooooo far sooooooooo good. And if anyone has any questions about it I’m more than happy to help! Now, off to return messages and get so many of you ready to change it ALL. Yes! I found the answer to helping with my anxiety, depression, lack of energy, mind fog, bloaty belly, gas, acid reflux, and heartburn. YES! ... I have a bottle between my ta ta's because us mommies are on the run doing our do. 🤣😂 And I'm so crazy grateful I found a balance in life where I can get a calm energy without a crash, healthy & convenient meals on the go. And right loss is only a perk of healing my inside and getting healthy. Yes, I'm wearing a hat with a fuzzy ball on top because my hair is greasy because I didn't have time to wash it but I put in 6 curls...and the fuzzy ball made me feel FUN! 😜 Yes, I am wearing flannel because it's cute, warm, cold, and the yoop. Yes, I'm tired as heck but us momma's don't get a break. We do what we do for our tiny families and ourselves last. Grateful for my fizzies to power me through my day with energy I need along with focus. Yes, I have a Mom bod and am looking forward to losing the extra and have used breastfeeding an excuse to keep the weight on. 🙄💖 Yes, I have doubts, fears and hesitations. But my WHY trumps it all. I am meant for more, therefore I'll do more. I no longer will let others manipulate my thoughts and actions. I am ME. Do you want to know a secret? #babynumber2 tipped the scale over 200. In May of 2017, I stopped pumping and quickly gained 10lbs back and jumped to 177. I felt DEFEATED and nothing fit. Insert @stayfitmom_com @stayfitmomblog This 6 week macro coaching was a birthday present to MYSELF. I learned how to fuel my body with the right amount of protein, carbs and fat WITHOUT giving up the things I love or crash dieting. At the end of the 6 weeks, I had lost nearly 10lbs but so many more inches and confidence increased. I found this picture my husband took at @huntingtonbeach September 2017 right after ending the 6 weeks of coaching. Yes, my smile is a little forced probably because trying to tighten/hold stomach muscles and smile at the same time is a joke 🤣 Over a year later, #macros has become a lifestyle. The number on the scale doesn't matter as much compared to how you feel 💕

Da gainz of da booty! Breastfeeding literally made me lose my entire butt! I was very thankful I was able to produce milk for Binhy for so long, but my booty did not thank me. That’s where squats came in! Forever love my leg days! My body is a work in progress, but I keep pushing myself every time I set foot into that gym!
You guys, today was hard. 😓 It was so cold outside. The sun would peek out from behind the clothes but then he would hide again. Then my daughters just weren’t having it and were crying while I was just trying to knock it out. I worked up to 85% and it just felt so heavy. I felt like I couldn’t breathe properly because of the wind blowing in my face. 🌬 but it’s ok. To some people, 5lbs may not seem like a lot. Whether you lost 5lbs, gained 5lbs, have a 5lb baby, or can only lift 5lb weights... 5lbs can man many different things to many different people. To my biceps, bumping up my weight 5lbs seemed impossible. But I know if I want to make any sort of progress I NEED to push beyond the seemingly impossible to get to the results I want. Let me tell you, curling 15 lbs may seem unimpressive to some... but considering I started this program barely being able to curl 8lbs, I’ll take this non-scale victory any day!
Being a mom and working full-time can get hectic but I still try and get my workout in. I’ve started to write them down as it’s easier for me to keep track. I’m altering workouts so you guys will see a change. I’m not going to lie and say that I am anywhere near confident and accepting of this photo. I’m not. I nowhere near being in love with my body, but I’m ready to put in the work. Posting this feels like ripping off that bandaid. . . “Here world! Just look and see all the parts that I am terrified to show.” . . I’ve spent nearly 35 years wishing to be different in some way. In middle school I wished to be less skinny and boney. In high school I wished to be less tall. In college I wished to be less soft. During pregnancy I wished to be less big. . . It’s time to change this relationship. . . Step 1. I’m going to stop wishing for my body to be less than anything it already is. . . I’m 6ft tall and 180lbs. I have gained, and lost, 120 lbs over the last 7 years. I have given birth to 28 lbs of human. I ran a half marathon. I’ve played 4 years of varsity basketball. I’ve worked out. I am training to be a yoga teacher. . . This body has been good to me and it’s time I start returning the favor. 2019 is going to be all about treating myself right. Eliminating negative self-talk and embracing who I am in the present moment. . . I wanted to post this for any woman who has looked at herself—or looks at herself now—and is disappointed in what she sees. For any woman who feels unworthy because of something that society tells her is a flaw. For anyone feeling stuck. I am with you. I am hoping that this vulnerable moment will give you a bit of peace ❤️

Last week was really rough for me mentally & emotionally. I heard some things I really didn’t wanna hear, I was diagnosed with pp anxiety, & the doctor sent me to get tested for a lump she found in my breast. Thankfully the test came back fine. 🤞🏻 . . As much as I tried to fight through all the stress, it hit me hard & there was nothing I could do about it. . . Then last night something amazing happened. (If you believe in this kind of stuff). My mom & I were sitting inside talking when we heard a bird chirping outside. I opened the door & this little sparrow was chirping (as I was chirping back 🤣) & it was trying to hop inside... then flew away & came back & did the same thing again. This went on for a little bit & I don’t know why but I felt this sense of calmness come over me that I hadn’t felt in over a week. . . I looked up the meaning of sparrows & it says “the sparrow beckons us to keep our burdens as light as we can in order to avoid a heavy heart.” They also stand for joy, simplicity, protection, friendliness & contentment. 🥰 . . I’m such a firm believer that God sends us signs when we need it the most. 🙏🏼 And I needed that. I woke up today feeling so much better & lighter & happier. #happywedesday#backatit 💪🏼

My extra loose skin. Before pregnancy my weight was 140lbs . I was very toned. During my pregnancy I weigh 180lbs💀 this the biggest I’ve even been. After Birth only dropped down to 165-170 lbs 💀. And kept it at that for a very long time. And due to post partum depression, I ate myself away. I kept most of my pregnancy weight. Today, I weigh 152 pounds . She’d most of my fat off and definitely gaining muscles. I can see them my baby muscles when I flex sometimes and sometimes I don’t even try to flex and they there I be seeing them 👀 🤣😁. I’m really not trynna lose anymore weight though 😒😫 HALP. Just wanting for my baby muscles to be big and strong😩 I wouldn’t trade my stretch marks, loose skin, and incision though, if anything I’d go through it over and over again if God blesses us with more kids. Because this time I know that my body is amazing and withstand anything and everything . This is just a trial. Next time, I know what to do and how to do it, and do it better. I'm in the new week of workouts of Shift Shop where the workouts are 45 minutes now (instead of 25 and 35 like the previous weeks). I'm definitely no stranger to 45 min workouts but when it's a new routine of a program, my body feels it! I wasn't feeling too pumped for another new workout today so instead of throwing in the towel and not working out, I enjoyed an hour walk on the treadmill to help ease my sore muscles. It was perfect and just what I needed!
CROWDED GYM TIPS: With the new year coming up I always see people post about New Years “resolution-ers” crowding their gym. With increased crowds, you can end up spending more time waiting for the machine you want rather than actually working out. Which is why it’s so important for you to learn how to be versatile! Tip #1: BE KIND. We all start somewhere and at some point. We weren’t birthed into a gym so do NOT discourage someone for their decision to start a healthy lifestyle! Tip #2: Pick a spot, grab some dumbbells or barbells and get to work. You DON’T need machines to get a good workout in. Tip #3: Try a new class if you’re frustrated with the floor being busy. Day 7 of the #squatchallenge and I got my 90 in, in three sets of 30. Snapped an obligatory traffic-while-Christmas-shopping-selfie. Or just #shoppingselfie. Still lots of things about my selfie that I don't like, but I'm working on it every day. Sometimes it's all I'm thinking about. Getting stronger, losing weight, liking my clothes - all of it. We only live one day at a time, though. So let's make it count. 😊
True story ! I just did my workout in less than 30 minutes! I had this great video for y’all to see what I do but some how it flipped upside down and almost had a bad wardrobe malfunction . It’s going to be hard! My balance isn’t great. My coordination isn’t great. I could not be more proud of my girl. She was and is Ah-mazing!! She fought for 3 long days to keep that little weeman in long enough for steroids to help his lungs. All are doing great but are very tired. . Treyson will be living in the nursery for a little while but man he is strong!
