Mindfulness is having an awareness of the present moment [without judgement]. The most important part of mindfulness for me is the non-judgmental part. You can practice bringing your attention back to the present time and time again, but judging yourself for how you are feeling is not helpful. Judging yourself leads to feeling as if you can’t trust your body, which often leads to restricting or bingeing or dieting and food rules. This pulls you further away from getting to know yourself. If you can acknowledge how you feel or what you think without judgement, you will be able to pause. You won’t have to react in a habitual or mindless way. You won’t try to change what’s happening. You might notice thoughts such as “I’m hungry again” or “I ate a lot of pizza last night” and instead of reacting with a new diet, you can listen to what your body is really asking for in that moment. It may be more food. It may be compassion and kindness. The energy is high because were building to the full moon tomorrow. This is a lunation  with a cardinal sun and moon 💪🏼 it’s strong!  Emotions will be high so take some time for grounding today. Use any kind of movement, nutritious, whole foods, and some physical work to help you and your kids. Our bodies are wired for physical movement.  And physical work is the movement that we’re most in-tune with from an evolutionary perspective.  My kids go to a Waldorf school and there is some work woven into each day for them. It facilitates the soul coming into the body. That’s what we want with this lunation. We want to embody The energies occurring right now. They want to help us, evolve us....take us somewhere. If we’re all busy in our heads wrapped up in the drama of our lives, we’re not good “containers”. . . In other words, The fire and air of our luminaries could use some earth energy to slow, settle and hold it. We need to have our bodies firmly rooted in order to fully integrate what our souls are wanting us to learn and experience down here on the earth.  Let’s put it this way Mamas.... If we don’t take time to ground today, everyone will feel 🤪 bonkers. And we all know what it can be like when everyone is crazy and out of sorts.😱 It’s no fun and it’s exhausting. #tbthursday Longish post ☺️ My first pregnancy I lost 54 lbs!  4 years ago, I made a choice.☀️ 4 years ago, I decided I needed a lifestyle change and not just for myself, but for my child.🤱🏽 All it took was one single choice to change my entire life... At first, I thought I needed a strict plan that limited what I could eat or how I would workout.  I realized I didn’t... But I did realize I needed a process... I created my own methodology that worked for me... I lost 54 pounds after my pregnancy, which is 10 more pounds than my weight prior to getting preggo!  1 thing I knew was that I would be putting my all into that process.  I did....and lost 54 pounds.  If it wasn't for the program and process I put in place and going out of my comfort zone... I would of never experienced a fraction of the successes that I have had if I didn’t just dive in and go! If the answer is anyone other than yourself, then it’s time to take a step back. ✨ I usually run, but yesterday I decided to take a long walk. I traveled a familiar route, but this time I was able to take in all of the details in my surroundings. I love the vibrant purple on these trees. I would not have appreciated them in the same way if I ran past them. It’s the same way with life. Sometimes we take on so much and travel so quickly that it prevents us from appreciating the small, everyday joys. 💫

✨I thought I could show some my daily readings, when I am looking for a quick read.Today I chose the #wisdomkeepersoracle together with the #goddessguidanceoraclecards . . ✨The questions I put are: . 🌑-Which characteristic/gift of my personality should I focus on and develop today? . 🌑- Which characteristic/shadow should I be careful of and let go? . 🌑-How can I work on these characteristic and what is the possible outcome? . ✨For example, today I can focus on Transmutation. "The only way to transcend suffering is to move more deeply into it." Making friends with fears, instead of avoiding them, might lead to a new path of healing. . ✨The "shadow" in question 2 is Failure. Focusing on the areas I feel I failed and resisting change. These both cards go deeply into our collective unconscious and way back to past generation trauma inherited to us. . ✨The way to work on these characteristics is by creating  boundaries, learning to say no and managing my time and energy. Health facts: Kefir is a powerful probiotic that helps stabilize your gut bacteria by balancing the good bacteria in your gut. On average you are meant to have 80% good bacteria and 20% bad bacteria known as Candida. Most people have an over growth of Candida which prevents most from losing weight. My mental-theme this week, ‘one cannot do it all, but what one can do is amazing enough.’ I don’t know about you guys, but I’m constantly reminding myself or giving myself pep talks - that even if there are days where the biggest thing I’ve done was stabilize my breathing, than I have to feel good about that. I feel to understand that that alone is an achievement and that the standards of expectations we place on ourselves should all disappear. Think about it. If you show up, if you love and take care of others or even if you just try, I’m proud of you. Una mente equilibrada estará más receptiva a la positividad y a proyectar todo aquello que queramos y nos ayudará a balancear el resto de nuestras elecciones. Pasamos demasiado tiempo buscando la aprobación de gente que ni conocemos, que no aporta a nuestras vidas o que está presente en ella, como si fuese la dueña de nosotros mismos, porque le hemos dado ese papel. Nos ponemos a nosotros en último lugar y suplicamos al mundo que nos quieran como necesitamos, que nos respete tal o cual persona y que gustemos a esa otra. Pero, ¿te has parado a pensar si tú te quieres y te respetas de la forma que pides?  Te propongo un ejercicio; escribe una lista (lo más larga posible) de cosas positivas que tienes, como si tú mismo fueses esa persona a quien demandas amor o aprobación.  Cuesta un poco a veces darse cuenta de quién puede ser esa persona, pero existe. Tómate tu tiempo. Y ahora con esa lista, quiérete a ti mismo y prueba a ir añadiendo poco a poco más elementos. Porque te diré un secreto: cuanto más nos queramos, menos necesitaremos que nos quieran. Y, ¿ sabes qué pasará? Fundamental 1: An investment in your health, is never a bad investment. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Something a dear sister taught me years ago. To be honest, this friendly reminder has turned into a mindset for me and has helped me get over feeling as though I didn't deserve to spend money on my health; including buying exercise classes, getting a membership to my favorite local co-op @eastsidefoodcoop, spending money at a wellness center @newellnessmpls, and most importantly to stop feeling guilty about purchasing organic foods over conventional foods. Changing my mindset to treat health as a long term investment has led me to lead a more productive life, where I literally feel better everyday, treat others better around me, and can achieve new goals. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Of course the goal is not to go broke, but rather to change your mindset on what financially makes sense for you to prioritize. Basic self care is our most basic need. ❤ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Unless we take care of ourselves, how can we take care of others and work on our goals? It’s that simple. 🤷🏻‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Somedays it may feel like you just can't dedicate the time to self care. We get everything done that is necessary, without realising just how necessary self-care is. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So here are my top tips for finding the time for self care: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Choose 2 self care rituals each day that you want to implement into your daily routine. These may be prayer, meditation, exercise, reading, listening to music, affirmations, visualisation or many more! Whatever feels like self care to you. 💭 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Break down your day into 3 parts; Morning, Midday and Evening. Delegate 2 parts to your day you feel will be most suited to your self care ritual. 🕐 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Set a time for your ritual, put it in your diary and know that this is an important part to your day. Your ritual is just as necessary as getting the kids ready for school, cooking breakfast, or going to work. 📆 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4. Stick to this for 21 days! SPREANG CLEANSE diet • I ate this Ayurvedic #monodiet in a period of 3 days last week! (First time in my life) I’m not good at doing any sort of diet, so I was definetly up to a challenge but I have to say I’m so glad I did it! When I was working as a wine consultant, I had to open many bottles everyday for my clients. This sommelier knife helped me a lot to open bottle without hurting my hands 😃 Château Laguiole is also good knife maker if you want really sharp and good knife at home. I recently like to cherish things what I already have than always buying new things.
