Pre gym snacks - what's your go to? I typically find that rice cakes with nut butter and a couple of #energyballs gives me the boost I need without making me feel sluggish or heavy. . Used new #multigrain @ryvitauk #ricecakes as they've got a really great light texture and nutty taste slathered in #meridianpeanutbutter. Sometimes I just have this plain, this time I added banana as felt quite low on energy and these are easy to digest and a source of fast carbs. . I tend to try and get small protein boost in too and these @theproteinballco #veganprotein balls are unbelievable. Love most of the flavours but this raspberry brownie is especially good - moist, fudgy and with a great jammy taste. I tend to just have a couple as don't want too much protein to digest before the gym and 2 of these gives 4g #plantprotein and then I can have the remaining 4 after as a treat! . So so important to #fuelyourbody adequately - having a snack before the gym makes such a difference to my energy levels. I used to go fasted but enjoy it so much more with a small bite beforehand.

I’m just gonna start referring to this as apple pie oats cos that’s basically what it tastes like, fave porridge ever😋😻💚 Oats cooked with a grated apple, raisins, cinnamon, oat milk and flax, with peanut butter and pumpkin seeds🍎🥜🍇 Couldn’t think of a better way to start off my Saturday - have a good weekend everyone!🤗
