Getting leaner and meaner 🥦 No i’m not on a keto/Atkins/weight watchers diet. No I don’t really do cardio (although I should because I want to be athletic as fuck) and No I’m not genetically blessed (I have that wog/endomorphic potential to pile on fat quickly if I let it happen!) One of our staff members got to attend this workshop hosted by @strongwomenofcoffee! It's definitely worth going. You get to learn the basic knowledge of the different parts in the espresso machine and how the water flows! You also get to interact with a lot of different people that are part of the coffee community!
