Having one of those days where you feel like you're hanging on by a thread? Yep. That was me this morning. My alarm went off, my head was already throbbing and I knew if I wasn't careful, it could be a really crummy Monday. I opted to skip the gym and take the extra hour of sleep that I desperately needed. . I very rarely do this. And if/when I do, I usually beat myself up about it. But not this morning. I made a conscious decision to cut myself some slack and enjoy the rest. . I woke up an hour later. Headache gone. Had a productive day and feel good about it. However, you bet your sweet ass it's only 8pm and I'm already packed and ready for the gym and work tomorrow. Bring it, Tuesday. Know better. Do better.
