Me: ima train on 2hrs of sleep My last two brain cells: *drops plate on toes during dl warmups* • 5x5 1 1/2 squats top set 170 185x5x8 pause deads w 5sec eccentric (first 4 reps of last set shown bc vid too long) • Got off work this morning and napped for 2hr before meeting my frands for a session 🥴. Lifts felt pretty good considering. I thought my toe broke but I was able to finish my dl sets and walk around so I doubt it. Das letzte mal gebeugt habe ich vor ca 1,5 Monaten. Damals 142,5kg für 4x5. Seit dem habe ich null, gar nix hinsichtlich Powerlifting gemacht. Die Zwangspause war schwer aber auch mit positivem Effekt. Ich war komplett fokussiert und mental zu 100% bereit für das Training heute. 130kg 1x5 und 3x3 ist für mich ein solider Wiedereinstieg, auch wenn die Beine jetzt schon leiden. Freitag steht Heben und Bankdrücken an - ich hab Bock!

**SQUAT WALKOUT?** . ✅DO’S: . 1️⃣Keep feet parallel to each other when un-racking the bar. This should mimic or at least be similar to the actual squat stance. 2️⃣At most THREE walkout steps. You can get away with 3 1/4 if you need to make the feet parallel. 3️⃣Once in position, the feet are stuck in glue until the re-rack. . 🛑DONT’S: . 1️⃣Un-racking the bar with a staggered or uneven stance. Decreased stability, increased chance of injury. 2️⃣Taking more than THREE walkout steps. Taking more than three steps takes your precious energy and flushes it down the toilet. 3️⃣Shuffling feet. Monday! It was my first day at a new job. I had a bad sunburn on my upper back and I had to work a 10-hour shift that day. I still went in to do my squat training session. Found my 3RM! That’s a 25 lbs 3RM PR. It moved easy. Dzisiaj straciłem trochę godność, bo założyłem pierwszy raz w życiu długie kalesraki. Za to później odzyskałem godność robiąc rekord na siadzie na 5 powtórzeń 🤣 długo się broniłem przed zakładaniem rajstop ale niestety muszę przyznać, że w nich robi się dużo lepiej i wygodniej. Ma się wrażenie, że jesteś bardziej mobilny i giętki 😆 Planowo miałem zrobić 160x3 ale było tak lekko, że zrobiłem 5. Po serii pięć razy liczyłem czy dobrze ciężar założyłem ale jednak dobrze 😁 także 160 x 5 nowy rekord świata ustanowiony przez piottrunia w kalesrakach. Waga 86 kg, zatłuszczenie - 25%. Low Bar: 155kg ×1 Warm Ups: 145kg ➡️ 135kg Coaching/Programming: @johnhamson . . Scratch what I said on Thursday. THESE are the worst squats I've done in ages. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 I set my hips too far forwards on the 155, so it was high. Hips shot up on 135 and I got stuck. On top of that everything just felt slow and I didn't feel like anything about my squats was "right". This was my last heavy squat session before comp and it's left me feeling really sceptical.
