Wtf just actually happened..... I just tried out the free, 20 minute sample workout, of the new program that launched and holy F!!!! #sweatyaf I clocked out at 12:35 for lunch, worked out for the 20 minutes, showered, and clocked in at 1:13. We all have the time to workout, it's just what you are willing to do and sacrifice to get it done.
"Change nothing and nothing changes” . . . If we want to be happy, we need to chose to be happy. If we want to have more money, we need to cut spending or work harder. If we want to be fitter, we need to change our habits. If we want a promotion, we need to do the job first. You need to chose how you want to live your life, and with change of behavior, the rest will follow.
Vulnerable post alert!😜 I really didn’t want to share this, but want to be completely transparent with you guys so you can see that we all struggle! 2 pics to the left were my 21day results that I shared with y’all pre vacation. Pic on the right, post vacation😣. I’m not sucking in, these are all true pics/results. Up more than 5 lbs😱. No none of the pics look terrible & I’ve learned to love myself at every stage. But just look at what 1 full week of not staying on track with nutrition will do! I worked out some, I walked a ton & I drank plenty of water! But I didn’t drink my super food shake(too hard to do from a hotel room!) & I only mildly paid attention to what I ate. Nutrition is 70-80% of your results, you can’t out run your fork! And here I am back to my normal routine & I’m struggling to get back motivated🤷♀️. I find myself wanting to reach for the Halloween candy & sleep late instead of my normal early morning workout. But I know what failure feels like😕And I’m not going to choose that route this time! It might take me a couple of days to get the vacation out of my bones😂but I’m going to do it! Anyone want to join me? I need some accountability partners!
