My post-3 mile walk outside 🍂🍃🍁 , pre-booty workout breakfast this morning was SO simple and SO yummy: @siggisdairy Orange & Ginger Yogurt 🍊 + homemade cranberry topping (just heat fresh cranberries, @latourangelleartisanoils Organic Coconut Oil 🥥, and a dash of @coombsmaple Pure Maple Syrup on the stove) + @bearnakedgranola Cacao & Cashew Butter Granola 🍫 + @chosenfoods Organic Chia Seeds 🙌🏻 I originally was going to have toast to celebrate Toast Tuesday, but I burnt my toast while making my cranberry topping 🙃 Good thing my improvisation turned out amazing! Now I’m off to get in a booty workout 💪🏻 Have a great Tuesday, guys!!
OH MY GOSH - isn't this the truth!?! How many times did you look at yourself in the mirror 1,2,5,10 years ago and accuse yourself of feeling fat, looking fat, etc. Then you go and look at a photo of yourself from that time period and you say to yourself, "WTF? I looked great back then, what was I complaining about? NOW I look fat!!" AM I RIGHT??? . . We need to stop the self criticism and appreciate each year! I look back and think - what was I complaining about in my 30's ???? Damn,we all looked great back then - LOL!!! SOOOO - embrace your body my friends!!! Transformation Tuesday I have been hesitating to post this for a couple of reasons.... #1 Posting a picture of myself in a bikini feels very vulnerable. #2 I worried my personal transformation was not impressive enough. # I am enough and YOU are enough!
