This is what I studied at Scottsdale Community College and it made me a #badassyogi 💕🕉 It’s a strict practice, the room is cold and there is NO MUSIC! 🎼😞This is what builds your focus and strength. My practice became solid after studying Iyengar Yoga. Its common that most students and teachers, even after taking teacher training still don’t have or even know, proper alignment in most poses. This takes time and a really committed physical practice. You must also have a good teacher to keep you in line. 🙏So if you are wanting to begin a #homeyoga practice I would recommend practicing “Iyengar Yoga”. There is a fabulous book called Yoga The Iyengar way. Get this book, some #yogastraps#bolsters#blankets and begin a solid practice today.
