Took me a little over a month to lose 10lbs but that’s part of the journey. First of the month I weigh-in and gained 2lbs...it was water weight. Lost said water weight plus a lb. It hasn’t been easy. I’ve said no to a few of my favorite foods bc when I look at the calories, sometimes it isn’t worth it to me. I’ve also been holding out for a good burger 🍔 which is why I passed on my fav pizza 🍕 from Jet’s. @itrackbites . . #weightlossjourney#weighinday#10lbslighter#lost10lbs#fitbit#itrackbites#caloriecounting#portioncontrol

This is what I love so much about helping women! Sometimes you get to the point where you think “ok, this is it, not going to get any better. Never going to get my energy back or fit in those pants”. Well I’m here to tell you it isn’t so!!!! Read Kim’s story!!! Menopause & a tired thyroid got nothing 🥊🥊🥊 on my friend Kim's 60 Day #slimdown results — She's down 10 lbs - gained room in her 👖 jeans, feels more empowered, gained endurance at the gym, and victories over choices ..." I’m bad at measuring —- the scales are not my friend, but baggy jeans and tops that aren’t snug are pushing me to the next 60 days".!! 🥊🥊🥊 I’ve got a few more FREE CODES to help friends 👫 feel better than they have In a long time 🥊 it’s more than weight loss 🥊❤️🌈 this is life changing health and happiness happening. 🔥🥊❤️ #menopauseweightloss#baggypants#joinforfree#strengthandendurance#lost10lbs
I am happy to announce that I’ve lost 10lbs from 2/18-3/6.🤗 most of you know, I’ve tried different weight lost methods... like Purium, HerbalLife, weight watchers, slim fast and exercise. Don’t get me wrong it works if you keep buying the products, but it could get a little bit expensive but when you stop which I did, you gain double the weight and some... I’m not trying to sell anything or make any profit from my testimony. I found what really works for me! is just cutting bad sugars, eating portions, meal prepping and exercise, basically it’s that simple! Just Passing free advice!!! Find out what works for you😇 #lost10lbs
6 week transformation🥳💪🏽 While I only lost about 3”, I think my biggest scalable victory was losing 10lbs. I started this journey at 141lbs and am now at 131lbs. My biggest weakness is food. I ate healthy about 70% of the time, but yuh girl loves her donuts 🍩 and have 0 self control when presented with them as an option. • One major thing I noticed was when I did indulge, I felt sluggish and my workouts felt harder. This alone was motivation to eat cleaner. • Non scale victory, I feel more confident and less stressed than I have in a long time. My jeans are fitting better, I have two pair of vintage 501s that I can wear again! 💁🏻♀️ • As some of you know, I’ll be taking a trip in 7 days. Does this mean I’m going to take a break!? Hell no!! One of the amazing parts about being a part of this community is I can download my workouts ahead of time. Now to figure out which one I want to do 🤔🤔
Once you get where you are going, it’s a little difficult to admit where you were. I think one of the most important lessons I have learned is that once you do get where you’re going the most important thing you can do is turn around and help the next person who is trying to get there. One thing I was always told about fitness is that it took a lot of work. Everyone I wanted to look like or compared myself to had lengthy posts about how hard they worked for so many years to get where they wanted to be. I admired them for it, but knew that lifestyle just wouldn’t match with mine. I was always shown a lot of stuff that I just couldn’t do. Then I found Arbonne and learned about their 30 days to healthy living program. 30 days. That’s it. They give you everything you need for two meals, and give you recipes and even plan out your grocery lists for you for your third meal. I was excited to try it but in the back of my mind after hearing all of those “it’s so hard” talks, I wasn’t expecting much. All I did was stick to the program. I didn’t work out. I didn’t do more than what the program asked and look at this! It was seriously one of the easiest things I have ever done! I lost a total of 10lbs. My skin is clearer. I had regular headaches to the point I carried ibuprofen with me in my purse EVERYWHERE. I haven’t had one since January 7. I suffer from migraines. I haven’t had one since January 7. I am happier, I am healthier, and I’m so shocked and what little effort it took to get here. So to everyone else that has heard the same: it’s NOT hard to get healthy and see the results you want. I would love to help out anyone that is interested in this kit. Whether you still have questions or you’re ready to order. LET. ME. KNOW. We have another group starting March 4 and I can add you to it!
